unbolt the brackets from the frame, unbolt the brackets from the junk bumper, bolt the brackets to the new bumper, bolt the assembly to the frame, enjoy non-rotted bumper!

Obvious hole in frame means there's proably more areas you can't see that are rotted through or ready to blow out. I personally hate htose dash mat things, is the dash destroyed under it? Does it stink or the guy not wear deoderant since there is 10lb of air freshners hanging from the headlight switch? Whats under that stick on chrome( another thing I don't like even beign I like some chrome, that stuff is too cheesy for me) at the bottom of the doors? Odometer fraud ain't one of my personal worrys, just do the mileage maintnance things and go from there personally but can raise some flags for selling a car, "estimated" 170k? How can you be sure it's not 250 and never had a t-belt? Plus you know it needs tires, shocks, and manifolds... you plan on buying all that stuff on your way home from purchasing it and instantly putting them on? What about stuff thats gonna suprise you it needs? Not tryign to be a jerk or anything, we are talking about a rotted 15 year old car with unknown miles though... If you want it that bad and are ready to put some blood, sweat, tears, and money into it lowball as much as you can and work from there. Worst case scenaro is it's worse than expected and you could part it out or try to sell it to someone for more than you get into it for.

I put a set on with plans of figuring a way to give them a little extra strength, but I am lazy so who knows when that will happen

I've driven till you could see the air in tires before, A known splitting tire, broken belt, or dryrotted badly/obviously means time for the scrap pile though.

yea 2" ain't as popular so however the whole supply/demand thing works ends up making it cost a little more

If the weak coils are your fear and you ain't gonna replace before you move you could always get those little helper block things you twist into the coils. They are like $20 for a set and will help a "little". Cost wise I'd say try to find a cheap used tow dolly, get some GOOD saftys and tie downs and when you arrive you could always sell it again...

welder? Wouldn't think there to be a 'bolt on' one, proably gonna be a fab up job... But I ain't a r50 guy.

Could leave a "little" bit of bend and give it that 'tucked in the corner' slight angle look I'll keep my 'hanging out in the middle of friggin nowhere' slightly cocked forward tip. And I did clean it over the weekend (yea, I cleaned my "bling". All my chrome shined for a couple hours) it will still shine and it gets killed with road grime.

One of the fiew things we actually bought through Stylin Trucks was a fitted carpet for a GMC we redid at work. It was actuall decent priced and fit almost perfecty. Other than that I steer clear of all the altezza taillights and underbite bull bars in there...

He still has taillights.... For a plate light(if needed where your at) I know there used to be kinda ricer bolts that had little led lights in them that you could use? As for the progress I personally like it... After you put the bottle opener on it.

B basicly covered it, along with the simplicity of Steeevo's comment. Done it with a KA Hardbody by myself in 1 day besides being too tired at the end of the day and drove a weekend with no hood and half a fan shroud(broke it). Remember how it came out and reverse procedure to put it in. And watch yo udon't get to many hands in the cookie jar, that is worse than not enough... especially if someone wants to be the "hero"
