The buckets remove from the mounts at the adjusters... As any rectangle sealed beam does, not trying to be smart just did it twice (current and parts truck when that was possibly goeing to be driven)
-
Deep pockets at a j/y... Kinda like the lug nuts you threw in your toolbox last time... It's like balancing out some of the outrageous prices for other things you need...

had both a master AND a slave (at different times) cause that issue. Try bleading it to make it driveable to get to your shop/parts store. Either way is a simple job with nothing more than a couple hand tools and a buddy to pump while bleadign the system.

Torsion bar sag...

Scavange the mounts and buckets from a junk yard HB. They use a couple different mounting points on the rad support then the wd21 headlights do which are already drilled/threaded in the rad support, no modifying needed. Cut the plugs off the back of the headlights of the doner as well(or any vechile with the same size rectangle headlights, they all use the same plug) with some pigtails to use for splicing in. If you want it to be reversable easily, just splice some flat blade male connectors onto the back of the "new" plugs and stick em in the old plugs, if not concerned cut the old ones off and make it a little more solid. Find the HB grille style of your liking (theres a fiew different ones plus your choice of black or chrome) and get the matching side markers as well since the wd21 lights have a different way the trim is cut. It's relitavy simple with nothing more than a couple hand tools needed.

welder, frame swap, buggy... how bad is it rotted? as OSR asked, any pictures of the damage? Almost willing to bet worse has been fixed around here.

Meh trying to lighten the load a little for him, I have chrome with a manuel... I swapped out for the chrome.

tailgate nets are fairly cheap, and yea the mirrors/door handles/etc are interchangeable, some things are a little different(front bumper brackets mounting points are an inch off or something) Sheetmetal stuff bolts up from the front doors forward. Engine and suspension stuff is the same IIRC. You can just push the mirror glass to the position you want without having any power to them (did it before).
-
No, they have the red dots for the turn signals and brake lights, not the solid clears. Might be interested in the door handles too, never hurts to have spares. Have enough black ones, need extra chrome ones... pacific=specific, I'm a dork.

5lb sledge to the knee! Will quit worring about a dent for a while then!

I've had a couple Hardbodys, great little trucks. Of course I didn't exactly pay alot for any of them (and all needed something) still have a couple of HB pacific things layin around if needed as well-nothing major(if I can find them and they are your taste, I have a pair of altezza taillights SOMEWHERE). You sure thats a 93 as well? Maby a late 92? 93 would have the hood update without the vents and the grill/bumper updates. Might be worth checkin into if the front end was wiped off of it at some point...

Welcome back, I'm gonna take a guess everyone was alright from your xj getting toatled so it's good news all the way around.

Nope, we want the FULL price range from EVERY dealer in the country, plus some Canadian ones!

The bad stories tend to outweigh the good around here, I think I will stick with oil and Lucas. I don't hear plans of anyone filling their differentials up with 5-20 oil, why put strange things in the block?
-
Yup, same window. If it's a pick-a-part yard, see if you can yank it off with the hinges still on it and get away with it. That way you got a pair of spares you can toss in a drawer somewhere "just incase"

Correct term for what this is would be a 'short ram intake' IIRC B... I don't know what the e-bay ones go for but would proably go for the home built kit setups a couple people mensioned and build a box for it as GG said he's eventually doeing with his. Get the full use and potential out of it.

My BFG mall Terrain 31s about 4 (using MY1PATH's scale) my mix-match 32s (tru-tracks and some other brand with a similar tread pattern) a 5, 6 if I get a strong enough tailwind on a long enough downhill to get some good speed kickin, and the Firestone Destination A/T 31s on the 4runner are about 5.5 wait 70mph in a wd21? I call shenanigans...

FWIW I think it was only like 20-30 bucks for a master(new) last time I did one, fairly simple job as well...

On the hole prepe.... nevermind Definatly give the trans mount (and motor mounts, had a 'kinda' similar issue with a s-10 once, was the left m.mount) a good check though.
-
Depending on pricing it might be cheaper to get some black steelies like B just recently got or somethign along that line. Don't personally know what a set of say xterra wheels go for... might be worth the couple minutes to add to your pricing list. And shame not searching AND admitting it. Learn to lie man...

my local Pick-a-Part has the WORST online inventory, last time I went I checked it and it said they had 9 wd21 Pathfinders(2 they claimed were late yeared 2 doors and an 88 4 door ), there wasn't 9 Pathfinders there total INCLUDING r50s...

what are the real differences between se,le,xe
nunya replied to pathfinderfisherman's topic in General Forums
The TRUE differences? $100 dollars give or take on the resale value and the sticker on the tailgate... otherwise they are so mix and matched it ain't worth trying.
