  1. I know everyone sais the HB. Has 2" factory bl but I swear all my 4x4 ones were more like a 1" guess j shoulda measured one... Who knew. Either way I gotta agree with if your antsy, you'll have some steps as well a sliders after the bl
  2. I would "think" it's mostly a bolt on procedure, as long as they both use the same radiator support. I would go to a pick-a-part yard that yo uknow has both styles with some spare time and just randomly pull parts and see if they look to line up at all personally.
  3. Your doeing WHAT when driving?
  4. I've used license plates from previous cars, laches cut from different pannels of junk cars, street signs(funny when someone would look under my 93 HB and see "no parking here to corner"). I don't see why a cooking sheet wouldn't work.
  5. The joys of not caring... I did
  6. I didn't read it until now and thought the same thing usefull information if I end up in need of steering box help... might be an idea to pin this with other parts/service or at least add it to the thread(I know there is one around here somewhere)
  7. While your at it, no time like the present for a bodylift!
  8. Don't personally pay 4 didget number prices for cars and can generally keep one (or 3 at the moment) at work while I put it back togher. Me being a 2door person would after making sure their ain a laundry list of other issues wold try to find out the bottom line and go for it, but your situation I would put money down differs from mine a bit.
  9. ...too many doors on the second one. And from what I get out of it the 2 door comes with a spare set of heads(which wold be a lttle harder than a fuel filter FYI)
  10. There are differnt factors. I haven't got zapped my my truck getting in and out of it yet, but generally... 1. don't slide out of the seat, more of a "jump" or pull myself out. 2. am normally wearing work clothes and don't wear a jacket when driving, at most a hooded sweater 3. I DO have cloth seat covers over my seats 4.(may be a factor ) I DO have rubber floor mats (no floor static maby) 5. Taste the Rainbow (yes I'm currently eating wild berry Skittles) theres proably more factors but I am suprised I know what I do know...
  11. I like without the fairing personally, but also like that plexi-glass cutout mod that Pezzy posted. I wouldn't do the full black faring though since you got a sunroof and still would want to have it be usefull I would think...
  12. http://www.nissanpathfinders.net/forum/index.php?showtopic=23822&view=&hl=manuel%20trans&fromsearch=1 Didn't read through it but I know he did it and may be of help for any questions you have...
  13. Someone say shiney? We see alot of people who leave the local Advance Auto Parts, or Pep Boys that don't trust their "techs" who just finished stockign the tire shine and skull shaped valve stem covers. Happy I'm fortunate enough to not have to deal with those places unless I chose to (hey everyone needs a new air freshner on occasion)
  14. Cant go to the yard with your son becaus he's 14? That's a great father/son activity I would think
  15. I've only seen a fuel light once on mine and it wasn't the time I pushed "e-nuff" to far and had to take the shoeleather express the rest of the way to work.
  16. Hasn't been around alot since his debts around hre became public... Even if resolved. Sorry, back to topic at hand.
  17. o2 sensor reading a little wHeird?
  18. Never understood the need to disconnect both sides, don't taking one loose basicly make the swaybar useless since it ain't solid from end to end?
  19. More options are always better, if your willing to be the site guinee pig that is...
  20. B is gonna love those photos... Maby try sourcing a pair of bumper grills out of a non-light havign bumper so you can cut them to have less gap around the light? Just a suggestion...
  21. As said by B(Precice1) that the general complete suspension lift. The UCAs don't actually give you any lift, just make your front end allignable after cranking the t-bars.
  22. Buy a bug shield... DENT GONE!!! Out of site-out of mind
  23. First suggestion was gonna be fresh oil, but you say you just changed it... Weak oil pump? Time for a little thicker oil?
