    Yes. Before my venture into the world of the Pathfinder I was a jeep guy. Had several XJ's and I was not easy on em at all. XJ's being uni body trucks are considerably lighter... One of my 30's had all the super 30 (way over priced) stuff in it. It was a tough axle, but the moment I locked it up, I started seriously damaging things. Twisted it, and literally bent .5 inch plate truss on the top half. I have pictures somewhere.... Then again I was running 35's and going places I probably wouldn't had I been married at the time. Hahahaha... Just my .02

    The tag on the passenger fender should tell you the factory gear ratio. Mine is 456 if my memory serves correctly which is just right for 33's. I get the same mileage with mine as I did with the factory 31's. 35's with our IFS? Its been done, just get ready to break stuff until you add some beefy components into the mix... (I broke a bunch of stuff with 33's on a light trail ride.) Off topic, sorry.

    Hey dude, like the idea! I have seen people do exo cages and use the cage for the rag top, very unique. I am interested in more pictures myself! Do you cut vinyl lettering and such as well?

    Okay I was lost there for a minute bro, didn't quite know what you were saying. My thoughts were to purchase a complete HID kit, ballast and all from egay and install them in the PIAA housings. The ones I have now are not HID, just xenon foggies.

We dont have hockey here, but my little girl plays softball, just finished up the fall season. Absolutely awesome. I think I get more into it than she does. Need to get my other two kids involved in something...

    I have a set of standard xenon fogs, they work great. Guess I am just lookin at possibilities. I need a bumper before I can do anything else.

    Been a while since I looked at this thread... an update: My home brew harness upgrade and relay assembly is still working fantastic. Did have some ground issues that corroded and had to be cleaned and greased, but other than that still perfect. As for the HID discussion... I put an ebay kit in my wife's Altima, been in there over a year and still trucking along. Very bright, almost don't even need high beams. Thinking about putting some HID bulbs in a set of PIAA fog light housings... would be different...

    Am seriously thinking about ripping out my gauge cluster, and installing mechanical gauges in a piece of sheet metal or something. Tired of jacked up tach and temp readings.

      The temp gauges don't normally go bad on the round dash clusters, its always the speedo and tach. I would check your coolant temp sensor.

      Yea, I was talking more about having something that may be more precise...I still have to come up with the money to do it. I would at a minimum like to add a mechanical gauge...

      I replaced a 78 cent o-ring on the low side hose flange at the compressor and got the a/c going again on my 94 path. Get some leak dye and find where it is leaking.
