  1. firm believer in this, I tend to believe Seafoam is nothing more than a smoke show and snake oil due to my own personal experiences, though I know some people swear by it (and more power to them, I know people who think pumping the gas pedal on their electronic throttle fuel injected cars helps it start. It gives you piece of mind, enjoy). I'd do as suggested and check for a problem starting with checking for codes and things like making sure timing is correct as stated
  2. IIRC a 2wd wd21 has that same front suspension as a 4x4 one, where as a 2wd d21 Hardbody has a different control arm setup as a 4x4. I would start with trying to pinpoint the noise before thowing parts at it though. Does your suspension components have zerks fittings (grease fittings)? Give the ball joints, tie rod ends all a few pumps if so, repack your wheel bearings, and give the whole front end a good check over for worn parts.
  3. 87pathy has one but it might not be a full guide for your eyes as his is a 2 door and migh tnot follow the lines you want around the rear doors
  4. But all those bike tires! I assume it has some form of stability on it (training wheels) as a soft breeze would put K in the next county! Actually put fuel in him today BEFORE the "Your on fumes, get gas moron!" Point I the gauge, and gave him a weight reduction by throwing away about 20 candy bar wrappers, 4 empty DD cups, and taking 11 dirty red shop rags out...
  5. If he uses the axles from the K5 as well the pumpkin will be on the same side as the case Being a bit odd I like to hear things that are a bit odd. As long as you ain't afraid of some work, I think this could turn out to be a rather sweet unique thing!
  6. As you stated, yes it can be a bit easier for a info to be added to an original post in a tech thread but on the other hand these new settings should curb the temptations to add "input" without education on a subject as now the edit function can't be abused. Proofread and be sure before you hit enter
  7. It's Tungsten, besides looking for rule violations nobody bothers reading his posts anymore
  8. If I'm stealing fuel from a can, a lock on the lid ain't gonna stop me. Proper waste of breath... I mean thief is prepared enough to either take the can or pop it to drain the fuel quickly. Lock just sais you WANT to keep people out for a reason
  9. Hey now, I technically still kinda fit in there for a short time... Yet my dumbness is generally by choice
  10. I'm sure you could get the stuff from a part out on here cheap enough, didn't Alkorahil have a brandy new humped wing for sale a little wHile ago? 93-95 are where you'll need your light and wing donation, belts from any 4 door wd21.
  11. Personal taste, again I like them and gave my opinion to why. Not gonna twist your arm over it. I will stand by the rear belt swap though if you plan on having people back there regularry, besides 2 small holes that have to be drilled and minute modifications to the trim, it's otherwise bolt in. And safety is never a bad thing
  12. 4 doors have the shoulder strap belts for the to end seats in the rear, nice for the occasion there's someone actually back there. And nobody said "need" on the 3rd brake light, it's just a nice addition as I personally like having an extra point of vision for unobservant people behind me (and is nice incase you burn out both of those little 1157 bulbs to have a clear LED strip that still shows, "Hey moron, I'm slowing down!")
  13. Now you got a superior 2 door, you gotta jump on there minor flaws and get some rear belts from a 4 door and a 3rd brake light!
  14. nice looking install, I've thought of doing something similar with a jerry can I got laying but I'm lazy and don't want to move my light I have there
  15. Don't be have the handicapable hand controls to help as well though?
  16. He's been having brake issues that he hasn't got around too, me thinks there was no mall terrain riding in a wHie.
  17. Generally when a pic is dead it's the poster who put it up killed the link (knowing or not, moving a pic from 1 album to another in photobucket for example changes the link address and the post has to be updated as well... Allegedly ). Other times it is due to forum moves, and sometimes it's just the interwebs don't like you (kidding of course). If its possibly a pic your really looking forward to trying to see, might be worth a quick PM to the poster and see if they can maby refresh the link or even just send you the pic over again
  18. yea, I've learned many places my antennas don't like
  19. Put fuel in him, surprising the difference that makes in performance compared to driving around on fumes for a few days... though about putting air in the low tire too, but didn't put enough effort into that thought. As long as it ain't on the wheel, I'll fix it saturday
  20. I use carquest, only issue I ever had was on my Eclipse... But that was because the alty sat crooked(don't ask) And FWIW their blue box ones (red box is the "economically challenged" ones) are generally marked Gates brand on the sleeve as well
  21. Could be worse, someone could at least use some of this info!
  22. Normally if I have issues with the cursor on my desktop, it's due to the fact it's a cheap wireless mouse (or the batteries are dying in it). I have a brand new corded one sitting on my desk... I'm getting to it...
  23. There's been talk of That photo over in this thread http://www.nissanpathfinders.net/forum/topic/34257-good-luck-to-everyone-in-hurricane-sandys-path/page__pid__642771#entry642771
