Plasti Dipped the lettering in the back, and played around with the front bumper. Might need to get the tabs under the headlights now too
-
Quick Recommendation, since your lifted now, make yourself one of these: Should tighten up your handling and protect your LCA's
-
I think the missing link may make more of a noticeable difference for those of us who run spacers, seeing as anyone with aftermarket springs has a stiffer ride and therefore better handling.

All the info on my rig: http://www.nissanpathfinders.net/forum/profile/41900-pathydude17/ its about 2.5” front 3” back. My springs are probably a little saggy though. Tires are 32x11.5
-
Double check with @Astrorami. I don't remember everything he told me as far as color codes, but if you're wondering approximately how the red on beige looks, there it is. He's painting the tire carrier that came off of this rig, I don't remember if its the same or off by a shade.
-
Well, of course. I’ll put one in each hole of the grill so that I can outdo you
-
this is the 1999.5 R50 that @Astrorami is trying to match if your interested
-
Thanks, it was a steal. Maybe I’ll add some clear corners so I can be like you lol
-
Finally all clean again!
-
All done! I think it looks good. Really glad I found out about the WD21 transfer case skid plate compatibility. Saves me the time and work of putting something together for that rear section.
-
I remember coming across this! It’s certainly a very cool idea. If I don’t like over the rails I’m sure this is a lot what mine will look like
-
Me too. Definitely look better than the late model ones imo. Couldn’t find a white one in the JY but black is just as good
-
Got a transfer case skid plate off a WD21 and a black honeycomb grill for a total of $9! Just need to drill in my old Nissan logo. For whatever reason the black grill looks better in person than in picture.
-
Never thought of that. Makes sense that they provide some protection. I have the same exact pathfinder and took those boards off. Mine were pretty beat up though. Your truck looks super good though!
-
That looks awesome! Looks like you got the dimesnrions right

R50 Tire Carrier Mod: Let's settle this!

That is incredibly disappointing -
cool video

Read some reviews for the heck of it. All I can say is if you have your heart set on engine performance, you won’t find it in that chip. https://www.cargurus.com/Cars/Discussion-t15065_ds509816 Also, that video @Slartibartfast put up is very worthwhile to watch. It really warns against any kind of OBD2 based “chip” or “tune”.

4WD Light Blinking When Put into 4wd????
PathyDude17 replied to joshrichard's topic in 96-2004 R50 Pathfinders
Ya I’d say that’s not normal. Have you looked in an FSM for any diagnostic information? -
Went running around some trails in the south half of the Valley. My cousin got his dad’s jeep stuck until we had the bright idea to use its front and rear differential locks. Good time, lots of mud. My new tires handled really well except they got clogged with mud here and there.

Love the rims and the bullbar, looks awesome
-
How well did it work, would it be possible for me to get my hands on one?
-
Did this ever make it onto your truck?

Im assuming you’re going to install them and not add any spacers?
