  1. I dunno what you guys are complaining about, I've rebuilt three or four CV's and never had a problem. They're easy to take apart.
  2. Check the rubber tube in the middle of the intake tract to make sure it isn't ripped open on the bottom where you can't see it.
  3. Generally speaking, they hold up OK but the same items will wear faster, yes.
  4. The chime unit is in the driver's side kick panel near your left ankle...listen for it.
  5. Wisers on the 4x4Country forums, 93RangerXL on the game. The guy basically just kept attacking me over and over, then he started with the "cheater, go back to jail" crap, then he said "I bet your GF is sucking off the bus driver's cawk" and "if you were a real man your GF would be in the kitchen but your just a pu$$y" ... ... o.O So I told him he was a dick, go cry about it to someone else, and we both got mailbanned for 14 days. Blazin hates me. I can't WAIT for Sandman to come back and fix this shiat. The oil market is insane, Will prices are insane, and there's someone playing at above level 2000 now. Some players have stats in the hundreds of millions. One guy even reported spending around $1100 real money on the game. Wow.
  6. In the US the cut-off year for 2-doors is 1990. 99% of the 90-95's are 4-doors. Canada got 2-doors through 1992. They were making 4-door HB pickups in some countries WAY before the Crew Cab Frontiers came out in the us.
  7. Tow hitch? As in, you already have a reciever hitch installed or what? Front or rear? Who? Where? When? Why? heh
  8. I get 10 MPG or less on 33's. I have no idea how you would even come close to 18 with 35's.
  9. Is it still flashing fast or normally?
  10. Looks like it was pulled forward by that link pretty damn hard. Owie.
  11. This is a common problem with Pathfinder/Terranos. A steering stabilizer will help, but it sounds like the centerlink is probably shot on his truck. That's usually the main cause for a side-to-side wheelhop problem. God knows, I've done enough of it myself. Try this: have someone else sit in the driver's seat while you get under the front end of the truck. With the engine OFF, have your friend move the steering wheel back and forth constantly while you watch the steering centerlink, tie rods and idler arm. The movement of the steering will usually show you where the loose joints or problems are.
  12. I guess, I must be asking the right questions cause they're getting me the wrong answers over and over...
  13. This may help...here is where the rotor should point when your engine is at #1 TDC.
  14. I got out! And now I'm mailbanned for basically reporting a guy for harassing me. What the F_CK is going on here?!? http://www.4x4country.net/forums/viewtopic.php?t=1767 What in the holy hell?!?
  15. N/A Z31's had the VG30E. Z32's got the VG30DE AFAIK.
  16. I had 33x10.5's on with only a 3" body lift for a few years. I had to cut quite a bit of front fender out and a little bit in the rear to get clearance. Wheels were 15x7's with about 4.5" backspacing. Current wheels are 15x8.5's with neutral (4.25")backspacing and 33x13.50 Swamper LTB's and a 3" body/3" suspension lift. They rub a skosh when turned to full lock.
  17. The stats above are a bit off. Should be 154 HP and 180 ft-lbs for the VG30E in the Pathy and HB truck. The 300Z's that got the VG30E may have had it tweaked to those numbers for better car performance, but the trucks/SUV got the lower-powered version from 90-95 as far as I know.
  18. I just drilled a hole in the roof, installed a rubber grommet then siliconed it up afterward. Doesn't leak a drop.
  19. Check the MAF sensor wiring and see if it's hitting the underside of the hood.
  20. 3.3 block, 3.0 crank, 3.0 heads IIRC and the rest is all 3.0 parts.
  21. IIRC the WD21 31-spline H233B LSD had a breakaway torque of around 265 ft-lbs. The R50 33-spline H233B LSD has about 120 ft-lbs. My numbers may be a bit off, but that's about what it was...Simon knows the numbers, I've seen him post them somewhere around here.
  22. Fan clutches wear out over time, like any moving part. Give it a spin by hand when cold. It should freewheel pretty smoothly. If it doesn't turn at all or only a little bit, it may be shot and need replacement.
  23. I believe I am correct. Stock is 50mm length, and it is a 14mm x 1.5 thread pitch.
