  1. Yes it will fit some pathfinders ( the really basic ones or the LE's ) came with them
  2. I know in our rodeo they didn't resurface the flywheel and now the pedal vibrates...You'll see mike, I'll bring it up sometime.
  3. You need lights on your truck in a courtroom? (trials)
  4. Also the starter for the vg33 sounds a lot nicer haha
  5. What you can do is find someone with a pathy that already has a tire carrier and make you're own templates.
  6. http://s666.photobucket.com/albums/vv21/ma...rier%20Install/
  7. For 800 bucks I wouldn't complain. Take a hammer to the frame, clean it all out (this is key to preventing future rot), and weld it up. It will be good to go for a long time. Also oil spray inside the frame. As for the shaking, make sure your steering is in good shape, and check the tension rod bushing cups, they tend to get pretty messed up. Also if it was driven carelessly or wheeled (doesn't look dirty under there though), various front end parts could need to be replaced. Generally working on these trucks is pretty easy unless you've got big hands like me! I believe those are alignment shims, though I am not too sure. For 4H you just pull it, it could be stiff from not being used, you can go underneath the truck and spray the linkages with pb blaster and that should make it nice and smooth. On the plus side, that center link looks new.
  8. Actually the 95's use the newer r134a refrigerant. But I wouldn't release it anyways, because a/c is nice when it works!
  9. Come up here to canada, then you'll see what winter is really like. Try that much snow plus even more with the drifts and the fact that the rural roads are hardly plowed. I guess the good thing about the small town I live in is that they use sand and not salt. So if I didn't have to drive into downtown everyday my pathy probably wouldn't rust! But anyways, the auto hubs are fine for most people but hard core wheeling the manuals are better.
  10. The hell with AC. They will not help you. Take a look at the photobucket link I posted. It shows what needs to be done. And yes the brackets have to be modified. There is no way to bolt it all up in there unless you get out the sawsall which i was not doing. Good luck. LMK if you have anymore Questions.
  11. This is what drum brakes look like.. This is what rear disc brakes look like.. Granted it's not a pathfinder but you can see the Park brake cable and the brake line.
  12. No, they aren't used while driving. They're just really thin from the get go, so they look like they're used. They can only be engaged by the park brake cable, as its a mini set of drum brakes in there but there is no wheel cylinder.
  13. rear discs were a factory option. Post some pics of that ride dude.
  14. With the factory tires it is at 3k at 120 KMH but with the bigger ones i have on there now its off by 10 so 120 KMH is around 2700~ rpm
  15. I don't think a 14 year old truck will notice too much. But as long as it isn't the cheapo brand you should be fine.
  16. Yeah but it would sure help get the salt off them in the winter.
  17. I didn't and my brakes are quiet.
  18. I don't remeber which thread was the one where people were talking about engine rpm on the highway but here is my 95XE auto with 4.6 gears doing what the speedo thinks is 70. My truck came with 235s so the speedo is off about 10 percent so its probably going closer to 80mph. Not that high after all.
  19. Someone clearly added that after the truck was bought.
  20. It is also known on the 95's for the tach itself to go bad. On the 95 I bought a few months ago the tach spazes around like that but if you whack the dash it'll work for a bit then die.
  21. Some people even have trouble finding people to work on them. I had an intermittent no reverse but I flushed my tranny twice and it seems to have fixed the problem. I guess it was just dirty. The fluid was dark when I bought it. Was the fluid always changed at the correct interval on your truck? If it was neglected it may also explain why this has happened.
  22. How long has it been since the fluid has been changed?
  23. That looks good. Probably what I should get. I should really get around to installing one. Though my auto trans has seemed to make this far with no external cooler. I have 170k ish miles.
