  1. Sounds like a good start man, but sounds like something is missing to me. Dunno if it is the tempo is to slow, or it just needs more layering. What you have kind of reminds me of something like this: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=U4qDv2m42VM Just without the heavy drum beat and arpeggiation.
  2. No LEs or OD in 87s. 3spd tranny like B said.
  3. Same here, but I also saw one on a Frontier detonate while the wheel was hanging (getting all the power free spinning), and it had stock downtravel. I can only imagine how much sooner it would have let go if it was hanging another inch lower and binding the CV that much more.
  4. If anyone does know, I'd be in for 2 myself!
  5. Just for your bifocals:
  6. It looks like a RHD carrier, the tire is shifted more to the right.
  7. If you space the UCA up, there is more down travel before it hits the bump stop. As mas mentioned, it might give you a tad more travel, but the angles it puts the CV in makes it unhappy.
  8. I think I perfected a winner after 2 attempts! Pesto Shrimp Pasta 1 lb. uncooked shrimp 2 red bell peppers, cut into roughly 1/2" squares (could use any color, but I think the red is milder than green and it gives some color contrast) 1 box Ronzoni "Garden Delight" pasta 1 8 oz jar Classico brand pesto sauce (I use it because a jar is 1/3 the price of fresh ingredients bought separately) 1 14.5 oz can of diced tomatoes (preferably an Italian style) 4 cloves of garlic, pressed 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper 1/8 tsp white pepper 1 tbsp olive oil *(shredded Italian cheese blend, or Parmesan cheese) Peal shrimp, including tail (if necessary), and coat with cayenne and white pepper, and set in refrigerator for 1 hour. Prepare the pasta per box directions, drain and put into large bowl and mix in pesto, then set aside. Heat oil in a medium sized skillet and cook peppers and garlic over medium-medium high heat for 6 minutes, stir fry so that garlic doesn't burn. Add tomatoes and continue cooking an additional 6 minutes, or until the "sauce" from the tomatoes begins to thicken. Add in the shrimp and cook until the shrimp are fully cooked. Pour shrimp, tomato and peppers into bowl with pasta and pesto and combine thoroughly. *Serve with a sprinkle of cheese on top. I have been able to get all ingredients for under $10 lately (shrimp $5 a lb). Aside from the fat in the olive oil (in pesto and used in skillet) this is an incredibly healthy dish. The pasta listed is made from vegetables, and count a serving of them, with the peppers and tomatoes that gives you 2 vegetable servings in one dish.
  9. If I have a knife on me it is my utility knife and it gets parked next to my wallet. Never got into carrying a pocket knife.
  10. Yeah, they spent 5 minutes on it the morning after and nothing else. Guess not enough people died for them to give a crap. Remember Haiti?
  11. Wallet in back right pocket. Cell(s) clipped onto right front pocket. Keys clipped to right front belt loop. Cigs and lighter in jacket pocket, or carried to the truck and thrown on the passenger seat. Edit to add: As I walk out the door in the morning I do a quick pat to make sure everything is in the proper place, lol.
  12. Events like this bring out the best and worst in people. Some people get selfish and greedy to help only themselves, while others go out of there way and give all they can to help others. Just the nature of the human beast. Good to hear all you sheep lovers made it through this one!
  13. I would expect an "official" thread to be one started by the admin, not some part time user.
  14. Yeah, google will come back with all the people who had them crack and fall apart too. Cheapest suspension lift is to crank the T-bars and shim the UCAs and get JGC coils for the rear. If you are worried about ball joint angles, get Rough Country UCAs.
  15. We do have a regional section of the forums for this type of stuff.
  16. You could probably sell that for a good bit of cash.
  17. I had that Pirelli poster too.
  18. It looks a lot like this hole in that pic.
  19. I made a coffin 2 years ago for Halloween, now we keep my wife's life size Jack Skellington in it!
  20. TENTE were awsome, especially their ship sets. I only got 1 kit before they stopped making them. Same friend who got the Robotech stuff had a huge 3 ship set of the TENTE. Their detail was really good for being plastic building blocks.
  21. I had about 5 Stompers, might still have pieces of one or two in a box in my mom's attic.
  22. I thought that was on Rocky Mtn. Loop?
  23. I liked the GI Joe F-14 too, I also had the A-10 looking plane, and a couple helocopters, etc. Always wanted the aircraft carrier, but never got it. Actually the one toy that I really liked was the Tramsformer Jetfire, because it was a rebadged Robotech Valkyrie. I always wanted the real Valkyrie toys, but they never released them in the US back in the day, and was uber jealous of a friend who got to go to Hong Kong and came home with 2. When I was in my 20s they did a reissue and made them available in the US, and I bought 3 of them! Jetfire: Valkyrie: Now I have all 4 sitting on a shelf together.
  24. Yep, 93 still has mechanical speedo. As far as working in a pre 93, with some rewiring it would. The plug connections on the back are different on the 93, but it still has the same square dash as 92 and older. 93 was just the oddball transition year, it had some changes, but was still closer to the 92 than the 94.
