The material, they say, will be as expensive as high grade steels. Wonder how expensive the processes will be? I know blow molding is an existing tech, but what needs retooled for metal?

I have driving lights (55w) on my brushguard, and offroad lights (120w) on the roof. The roof ones are mountd off my basket. I didn't notice any substantial drop in mpg after mounting them.

Does it bend or break under stress? Given the alloy, what process would be used to attach it to similar metals? If it is malleable at low temp, I doubt we'll see it in engine manufacturing.

Where did the guy get the channel for your top? I've been looking for some for mt 88 chop top plan, and can't find anything.
