Very easily done, but it will probably cost you half again as much as the bumper cost to begin with to have a shop custom fab mounts for you.

Interco are good if you are offroad a lot, all their tires are soft compound and wear fast on pavement. If you are on road more, look at an MT from one of the "regular" brands.

x2 When you bleed your brakes you might as well get a big bottle of fluid and flush out all the old fluid in the lines. Brake fluid looks like whiskey, not coffee .

Mine is holding my passenger rear fender on. Yeah, to get the pins out; grind off the smaller end that is slightly domed, then knock the pin out with a punch. You can buy the bushings and replacement pins at the dealer. If you want part numbers before you go, search "tire carrier hinge" on AC.

I have actually heard that the MOOG arms are terrible, though the rest of their replacement parts are good.

Is the plastic shell on the coil cracked? If so it could be arcing/grounding out through the crack.

I have about 2" of crank on both my Pathfinders with stock UCAs, no troubles.

I'll sell you a set of MM hubs for $60. I never even had them locked in while on the truck, replaced them a month after purchase with Nissan manuals. As for missmatched tires in 4wd, as long as what you are driving on is a poor traction surface it'll be OK. Some hard core wheelers actually mis-match their axel gearing so that the front will spin a little faster.

Try replacing the coil to fix the sputtering, and spitting. Only $35 at AutoZone. As for the jerking, I'm assuming you have an auto. It could be the TC is locked up and so the engine is fighting the wheels (kinda like not putting the clutch in to coast with a manual tranny) you might hear the engine lop a little if that is the case.

I usually RTV everything.

So what, you are complaining about a 13+ year old vehicle. If you had a truck under 5 years, I could see there being a true gripe on your part. If there was rust at that point, then it is your own stupidity for waiting to cry about it. After 10 years, if any modern built vehicle is on the road in good operating condition, it is truely a miracle or a lot of hard work of the owner to maintain it.
