The badges bolt in, you pull the cover off the pillar on the inside and undo the nuts on the back of the badges. Slap the bar on then bolt the badges back on through the holes in the bar. You did get the gasket for the bar too right?

Never checked the specific color name/code for my 88, but it was white with a clear coat. I know the Aztec Red (on my 93) has a clear coat.

As far as I know just the covering is different (aside from added controls on SEs), the frame and padding is all the same. I swapped a set of 93 Maxima seats into my 88, they have a better feel, but sit lower and are not a direct bolt in ($50 for the pair at the JY).

Yeah, the basic rule is you want a winch that is rated about twice the GVW of what you mount it on. One that size would be OK as a rear guide winch, but for main recovery I wouldn't use that.

Won't fit without modification, D-21 lights are taller.

Like Simon mentioned, I had the oring on the top where the sending unit mounts go bad on mine and it was leaking out the top, but you could not see it till I opened the access panel in the cargo floor.

Only other thing I can think of (and you would probably notice if this were the case from the noise) would be if the CV was either stripped out inside or not assembled correctly and slipping out of the splines and twisting the shaft till the boot breaks free by ripping.

Just read here or on AC that someone else had a similar trouble and it turned out they had shorted out one of the starter wires.

Depending on how much water you got into the cylinders you could have bent rods.

Neither of my trucks has or shows evidence of ever having any kind of "bump stops" in the rear.

Could be, I drove another 100 miles on mine when my lights came on signaling alt death. I would advise swapping it out ASAP though.

Think about that for a moment; that would be concidered a hybrid, not pure electric.

Interesting cap/intake, does it flow enough?

Not this device in particular, but I knew a guy in CA that failed smog and the engine was producing way under what the limit rating was for the vehicle....but it wasn't the original equipment under the hood so the test site failed it. As for this thing, you could probably skip the "electroplater" and just pump the water into the engine and get better results.

Wheeling isn't, "Mash the gas till something breaks."

My first guess looking at that is a noise suppresor for something audio related (CB or stereo).

My solution, pay it and keep going. I'm not going to go out and spend thousands on a new vehicle to save pennies at the pump. Compared to the type of vehicle I should be using for my work (full size truck or van) I'm actually ahead of the game on economy.

What is it with you oil driller guys buying caR50s and wrecking them? At least the important part is OK.

I didn't adjust my stops and have no rub (at least didn't have any that changing the stops would have helped with). I have read 2 times in 7 years on Nissan forums of someone having frme rub and needing to adjust those stops, and those people had 33s.
