If you have a full sized floor jack, it might be enough, but one of those small units wouldn't be a good idea. You can buy an adapter plate that fits on a floor jack for trannys, maybe look at one of those? Yes, please be careful, these trannys are quite large and heavy! When you have it moved back, block/brace it with some pieces of wood or something to make sure it shift off of the jack. B

Looks Good!! Almost exactly the same as my current WD21 when I got it, only cleaner, if that's possible. Enjoy it, the mint ones are starting to get scarce... B

I'm sorry, I can't answer the first part, but yes, just get in the habit of always using penetrating oil. I can't think of a time it has ever hurt... B

A ratchet, a 18" or 24" extension, a 6" or 12" extension, a universal joint and a buddy and it is a piece of cake. I can't recall what combo of extension/universal got the socket there (going in from underneath the truck) but it's not that bad. The buddy is needed to guide the socket onto the bolt head and hold it in place while the guy underneath breaks it loose. This was done on a truck without a body lift so no if's, ands or buts about it. I haven't pulled a motor yet, but it seems that if you have a tranny jack, just moving it back 6-12" would be pretty damn easy and then you wouldn't have to mess with the front diff or the oil pan... B

I did say ferrous and if it is a 400 series stainless, mangets will work perfectly well. You must be thinking of 300 series stainless... Good point, I was thinking of my garage tool box. At work, I have black nail polish, 6 sets of tweezers and toilet paper as well... B

Nope, no feminin products in my tool box (I don't count Q-tips as that), but I have several personal hygene items. Old tooth brushes, industrial Q-tips (long wooden handle), toilet paper and water soluable lube (great for stubborn radiator hoses). As for the Q-tip eye shard tip, the first thing I recommend is to keep a small, clean, strong magnet in your tool bux. Any time you get something in your eye, use to magnet to attract it (away from center, of course) and most of the time it will take care of it if it is ferrous. There is also a small device kept in most industrial medical boxes that is a handle with a magnet on one end, and a mono filament loop on the other, the loop is for 'dragging' offending items out/away. Of course, there is no substitute for well fitting safety glasses and yes, I have gotten many things in my eyes while wearing safety glasses so always be prepared for extraction procedures! B

Ok, the break down of what I see is that there are 16 people committed that swing both ways, 1 who is stuck on 2 pod and 2 that insist on 3 pod. I understand that more people are interested in the 3, so if we go with the three pod tweeterless design, only one person won't get what they want. That's really not a bad fall out rate! So, that leaves us with 18 people signed up for a total of 19 pods (I'm buying 2) so all we need is a few lumps of flesh to respond to Dowser and we can place the order. Those who are are procrastinating, please, sheit or get off the pot. You are stalling the entire program at this point... I'll PM Alkorahil as he is the one who suggested this in the first place but might not have followed the process. B

Thanks for the update. As someone who used to work for a molding company, I can say none of this surprises me and is why I'm buying 2. I'm still in, 3 pods are better than 2, but 2 are better than none... Lets get this 3 or 2 voted out, people committed and place the order. Anyone who is involved, please respond quickly and lets get this last bit figured out. We are almost there, just one more thing to decide on and then we get our damn pods!!! *ehem* B
