Have you tried nissan? They make some of the best all season floor mats I have ever seen! I love my all season mats. They are crazy thick when compared to some of the brands you mentioned. Last I talked to rob there were still a few available. -Kyle

I get about 13.6 at the moment, Per tank average. but that's will cracked exhaust manifolds, screwing up the Air fuel ratio. I would check O2 sensors, uhh i actually don't know much on the VQ motors. Maybe check dizzy, wait, they don't have that!! haha. Yeah, i got nothing, sorry. ill sit here and wait for someone else to chime in. -Kyle

SFD plus 2" lift. I believe he's also running warn (or similar brand) manual hub lockers. These will help with cv wear. Also, Rockford CV make a thermo plastic cv boot kit as part of a rebuild that is much stronger than the traditional rubber, it's worth looking into. -Kyle

Exactly what Bushnut said. I'd also, check wheel bearings, Ball joints, Tie Rods and control arms. At 184k with a suspicion of less than careful maintenence, I'd say you'll find a couple of those blown. Check for oil leaks around the valve covers, it's a very common problem. -Kyle

Seriously? It's bed liner. It's a super common thing trucks have sprayed in their beds to make it last longer, and prevent wear. But it works for cars that's are going to be subjected to body wear. -Kyle

Yeah its normal the led's run on a different voltage I think. The place you bought them should see a voltage adjuster (a resistor) so that way the car doesn't skitzo on you. -Kyle

Nah, you have got to think outside the box, I bought mine, DIRECTLY from Japan. Had them purchased for my by a gentlemen in Japan, he then repacked each of them up, and then shipped them to me. I just got a quote for $300 for a pair of zenki HID headlights. Wasn't sure if they came with pigtails, but i know where to get everything you need. Heck I've started my own little collection of adjustment switches. My kouki lights were $500 all said and done. But those are all over the board in terms of price ($60-$130) and are kinda hard to come by at the moment. I've been contemplating getting another drivers side light to replace the broken one I have. But it's really not that bad as what you're seeing. Especially for zenki lights. -Kyle

I wouldn't advise rock auto for body panels, their shipping is fairly ridiculous. It puts it to the point where you might as well start talking to your local dealer. Oh, now everyone is up in arms to find updated parts? I've been asking for months! Lol -Kyle

Haha If I were in New York, that might have been true, but kouki pathfinders have really held their value up in the Northwest, probably due to our rust free cars. They come up, rarely at junkyards. I almost scored an entire front end for, $400! But the idiot didn't update his Craigslist, I was so pissed. But he's right. They will come up, I'm really counting on it. -Kyle

They are really easy to get a hold of, and can be had for about $300 FOB. But it's wiring that will get you. You don't by any means have to do anything as crazy as what I'm doing, but you should use the factory plugs and have at least a semi reliable setup to run a somewhat important feature for driving at night. But what was your question about the door cards? Did you want to wire up the fuel door popper? I might do that. But I know I'm going to try and get a QX4 or kouki pathfinder rear window popper working. That should be simple. Just swaping parts. I'd imagine it would be similar to the fuel door. Still really jealous that you even have kouki's sitting around that you can have parts from. I've seen less than a handful in the 3 years I've been junkyard hunting. -Kyle

Good post! Lots of info! I love hearing about all the weird changes that happened! Very interning to hear they changed the bolt size for the calipers. I wonder if that's when they changed the hub style too? Because they kouki pathfinders have different brakes and some of the front suspension components are different too. But no one has ever pinpointed when the change actually happened. But as far as parts go, Rebelord said was i was going to say. Rob might be able to find a dealer that miraculously has a passenger caliper sitting on their shelf somewhere. -Kyle

I'm bumping this thread from what i recently found accidentally. Its from an old TV show according to IMCDB, but ti further proves that all the early gen pathfinders need to look really nice are a set of nice LE wheels and upgraded tail lights. Couldn't help but share, it just worked SO well. -Kyle

Ohhhhhhh good point. I hit my head on that tail gate without and crap on it. Dangit. I was really digging that idea. Plus I wanted to add a machete too! Thanks for the help guys. I think going to try and get the clutch hydro's sorted before I start pulling Transmissions. But seeing as the clutch is 140k old, and gone through the slippage from the bad hydraulics, I think I'm going to start collecting parts to change it at some point. -Kyle

I'm first certain everything is the same. It should (not positive) just bolt right up. The core support is the same. (I know that for a fact) but I haven't check the latch and stuff. You're making me really jealous that you going for the conversion!!! -Kyle
