  1. up here we have all the salt and crap as well. I think a well sealed boot would be a good idea...
  2. Yeah mine reads lower than it actually is too. I can drive all the way to my moms from school with the fuel light on.
  3. I found a wire that goes across from one headlight to the other that didn't look factory, I cut it to see what happened and the drivers side drl went out. Someones cheap ass fix is going to cost me one of these days! It's funny these drl highbeams are actually brighter than my regular high beams.
  4. Just wondering, but is the wd21 DRL module the same? And would it failing cause my DRL to be my highbeams at full power. I got pulled over and warned 2 days ago
  5. Well we are both canadian burton8it, so 80L is good enough
  6. according to google: 21 US gallons = 79.4936475 liters 21 Imperial gallons = 95.4679295 liters I'm pretty sure everyone is speaking in US gallons. Maybe having such a low tank triggered a sensor. I know if you don't screw the gas cap on all the way it will come on.
  7. Maybe you could get a headliner out of a 93-95 pathfinder. Like this.
  8. My 93 and 95 manuals state that it is an 80 liter tank.
  9. Since the door sensor doesn't work for my drivers door you can open it with the key and not have the alarm go off. But as soon as you put the key in the ignition and turn it, it disables the starter and sets off the siren.
  10. I've been down that road before. Luckily for me I use a copied key all the time and keep a spare in my wallet. But now that I got the keyless entry/remote start working, I'm so glad I never have to use the keys to open anything.
  11. Or wheeling with the mafia. You would need a pathy to find a secluded area and to haul the bodies
  12. Mine does something similar. It will fire up right away but stumbles up to idle. Also when I first got it, and it was sitting at the shop for inspection I wanted to try it out. And when I did, it took like 3 attempts to get it to go.
  13. Everyone I know calls it mudding or off-roading. I'm the only one of my friends who call's it wheeling.
  14. You have to take off the power window switch and the trim around the door handle, there is a screw holding the armrest down, once you get the armrest off there are 2 more screws. Then you gently pull off the door panel and lift it strait up, it is kinda hooked onto the metal part of the door. I have the same speakers as you, you will have to cut the plastic basket to make them fit. They sound great though
  15. Just go around and tighten up all the little clamps. That's what I did, it can't hurt.
  16. Check the brake fluid. Also if you do have abs it is rear wheel abs only.
  17. The guy said it came off while he was passing a transport at 120kmh. He also said he was told it was "metal fatigue" on the shaft. The ball joints were new, so I assume the tires were like that because the old bj's were bad. He said the wheel bearings were also new. He had a list of parts.
  18. was it like this I saw it in Whitney Ontario. Right near Algonquin provincial park. I don't know if those are ontario plates though.
  19. That looks like the front diff that is leaking.
  20. Fueler this is what my truck looked like when I was looking at it. I had a close up picture, but I can't find it. Redpath has seen it.
  21. I have a hole near the bottom of my headlight glass. One humid rainy night, the bulb popped, when I removed it, I found that it had actually exploded. There was bits of glass all over.
  22. Read my link oops sorry bowtied
  23. http://www.nissanpathfinders.net/forum/index.php?showtopic=7404&hl=
  24. Some traffic came to a sudden stop in front of me today. I had kept good distance, but it scared me nonetheless. I slammed the brakes on and this is the first time in my life I've ever heard my pathy's front tires squeal to a stop. I didn't even think about downshifting. I stopped within about 5 feet of the guy in front of me. This was at about 70kmh or 40 miles per hour. He then got out to see if I was ok I then thought, wow, what If I hadn't just replaced these brakes and tires a few months ago. I would've been posting carnage pics instead of this.
