  1. Try wiggling the wires on your MAF sensor. Simon is God when it comes to this
  2. I'd bet it's either bent (possible, but unlikely) or seized from not being used (more likely) Did the mechanic say what needed to be fixed?
  3. Here you go: http://s666.photobucket.com/albums/vv21/ma...rier%20Install/
  4. Yeah we got it done, Another member on the boar d has the pics as I forgot my memory card when we did it to my truck. We had to cut the floor to slide it into the proper place. This was because 4x4parts.com had incorrect product listings until I let them know.
  5. That Is interesting as I find my first half last's a lot longer than my second half.
  6. Check here to get the codes from the computer: http://www.nissanpathfinders.net/forum/index.php?showtopic=21 I'm pretty sure my 95 manual says to use just 87... That is what I use and it works perfectly.
  7. Not always. Mine was just dirty... How does the fluid look? Have you ever changed it?
  8. I have the Moog inner tie rods and center link. They have held up to my youngin driving style so far
  9. How rusty is the frame? Maybe if you jump hard enough it will break off I would just cut it off if you can...
  10. I've changed mine. The whole assembly comes in one piece. Thats What did at least... Its just as easy as it looks. Remove the tailgate trim, remove the wiper arm and the nut and bushing like things behind it. Then on the other side (inside) remove the bolts holding the assebly to the tailgate. Also unplug the wires. It should come out fairly easily.

I thought I saw this stuff at Canadian tire for like 50 bucks....Maybe I'll be the guinea pig...
  12. All I gotta say is that these are interesting times indeed.
  13. I used a screwdriver and a small hammer to force the c clip on. I don't know if that was a good or bad idea though. But so far it's all still there!
  14. On Saturday night, someone emptied their ashtray all over my truck. Luckily for me I saw the inbred redneck who did it before he went into the store. So I took my key and ran it all along his newer chevy and picked up some of the butts and put them in his cowl vents. I too hate when people empty their ashtray all over the road.
  15. I had to do what simon suggested to get mine on as well. What a pita.
  16. I run 5w30 synthetic during the winter and 5w50 during the summer. I rarely have lifter tick. I remember when my dad had his 93, he used to run 20w50 in it.....
  17. Ha, when I was young like that and my dad had the 93 pathy I used to thing the same thing!
  18. Check the little tube here: Mine was split as you can see and causing the cel to come on.
  19. When we cut a small hole floor in my cargo area to slide the tire carrier bracket in, I discovered a little "cavern" under there. I wonder if they'd ever search that..
  20. I'd rather not have coins lying around everywhere. It looks better and also, I agree with redpaths reason.
  21. Well to change it to a manual you'd probably have to get a new door card so that it has the hole for the window handle. You would also have to gut all the power window stuff and tie up the wires so they don't short out. I don't know if the other windows will function properly without the drivers switch being there. I know my rear passenger window would go down but not up and it turns out the master (drivers control) was bad. If it were me I would post that regulator up for sale and get one for a power window. Just my I have no idea about the grommet though. Maybe post a pic so we can see what you mean?
