  1. Check the alternator, maybe the belt is too tight.
  2. I hear if you fill it full it reduces vapors. Nige told me that he stuffed wet rags around the tank and lines.

  4. I will be doing this probably this coming weekend after I replace my alty. I will post pictures and info on how to do it without the template or instructions. The guys at AC didn't update their listing until after I complained about it. Stay tuned.
  5. I think it's like that from the factory. Not tmorgans. I mean alex's
  6. It had about 240,000kms on it when I tested it out for him B. So about 150k miles. It's probably the cleanest pathy you'll find around here.
  7. 87-93 is on the signal arm. The 94-95 and r50s have it on the steering wheel.
  8. Well my wiring at the sockets has obviously been messed with by the looked of things compared to the FSM. Btw you can get the 5 wire (with 87a) relays at princess auto for 5 dollars each.
  9. I heard somewhere that as long as you're going perfectly straight and your tires are all the same size and tread, that you can use 4x4 on dry roads. But I don't know what the point is.
  10. MSRP Price Gear assy - Power steering - Power steering 93-95 $1,793.23

    tranny

Also maybe something is wrong elsewhere. For example when my catalytic clogged, the truck would shift at 3000 grand and barely keep up with traffic. I guess the tranny was just compensating. I also have a rough 1-2 and a slow/soft 2-3. 3-4 is fine though. I've heard that using the nissanmatic tranny fluid solves the rough shifting issue.
  12. I was just looking at the stock headlight wiring diagram, for the canadian model, and after thinking about it for a few minutes I realized that it's a bit different than the non DRL setup. I was going to use 2 relays one for the high beams and one for the lows. But I think that it would just make a whole big mess of things if I did that. Tell me if I'm retarded but would it just be best to use 4 relays, one for the high and low on each side? That way I don't have to mess with the damn DRL and get pulled over by the fuzz.
  13. I would remove belts one by one and see if the noise stops. Hopefully it is a belt.
  14. it's only illegal if you get caught, although we have yearly emissions checks here, so I won't being doing this.

    axle seal

Much better I bet they'll have to order that seal, because they (for obvious reasons) don't stock parts for 95's.

    axle seal

B that was a front axle seal Mike maybe if you call the dealer tomorrow they will have it by the weekend. I know tony graham can get stuff for me next day usually. http://www.rockauto.com/catalog/raframecat...p;parttype=2348
  17. I thought that if it was running bad and you unplugged the o2, it should run better if the o2 is bad. That is what mine does.
  18. Auto truck I can live with. Auto cars are just boring.
  19. After driving a 5 speed wd today, I want one.
  20. Well I just got back from looking at it. Very nice rig. Probably the best frame you'll find around here. I took it for a drive and the clutch felt really good. 4wd works, had to use it to get out of the guy's icy driveway. All the power options work, and the adjustable shocks work too! The timing belt has been changed (pretty sure it was done at a dealer by the looks of things) and it's been undercoated it seems. The only problems I noticed were that it had the problem where the hatch would make the interior lights come on when you hit bumps, it needs new wiper blades, there are a couple little holes in the drivers seat, and the front brakes were a little screechy for the first couple minutes of the test drive. The suspension and steering were tight, and the clutch didn't slip and it shifted very smooth. Cruise control also works. Also there are NO exhaust leaks, even the manifolds. There is like no body rust except for the passenger front fender, the guy said he had it inspected and it passed. Frig if I didn't already have 3 trucks I'd buy this one!
