Just watch the one that runs under your accelerator pedal or suffer the hotfoot, carpetburn;-0

I would recommend adjustable shocks since you are running without swaybar, when I'm on the highway I just crank them up and you never know the swaybar is gone. (I run in cab adjusters on my R-9000's but any adjustable werks) once I'm ready to wheel I crank them down and go.

Wow... glad you guys walked away!

The issue up here is how do you wash your truck when it is 10 below? More of an issue is getting in after it freezes. (I used a torpedo heater and a tarp to get in after she froze... running) Salt water is only about 3.5% salt, salt slush is much more salt than anything else, and it isn't quite a liquid so it doesn't just drip out until spring. But the first pathy frame was 1/2 full of sand/rocks and neat colored layers of sediment that had "petrified" into rock/slate/sandstone & took a screwdriver to loosen it up. -

trucks are happy with 87, I just add sea-foam a couple times a year to keep her clean. -
Buy a new one (under $100) most auto parts stores have them on hand (I about died when they I went to O'reilly and they pulled it out from the back/ I thought I was going to have to order one here in Jeep Country)

I did mine when I did the lift/steering, PB Blaster then MAPP then PB again when it is hot. they came off like I buttered them and were thinner than a pencil under the bushings. welded bearing races also. Crazy how they looked new but under the bushing it was eaten away.

my 33x12.5's run fine pushed with the lil 3.0 and a slushbox (auto) You should have zero issues running 32's.

Sorry to here about the loss and hope to see pics of a new Pathy. Glad to see you were wearing seat belts (no imprints in your windshield!-) Hope you guys heal up quick. Funny; was that goat painted in Viking Colors with a shaved #4 in it's coat duct taped in a trunk?

If you lived in the midwest you would understand why I have owned 3 95 pathfinders (Rust sucks) Being in the backwoods they don't salt; but when you go to the "Big City" where 500,000 people are driving like they never have seen snow or ice; Salt actually saves lives and destroys truck frames. washing your truck every night when you get home is insane. ((Someone needs to retest for their G.E.D.) or get a larger "helmet" as yours is way 2 tight!-) And if you ever really looked into the frame it isn't possible to get all the "crap" out. (after chopping 3 pathy frames open I can vouch that the setup will not allow all the crap to come out; for instance the rear frame where the bumper and hitch connect has a middle piece to beef up the tow portion of the frame; holds ALOT of crap! I use water then air to clean my frame (I have a 6' brass tube i jam into the frame to get the "cement" out at 140psi. Be glad you guys aren't in the rust belt for that reason alone; salt sucks, love winter. But it isn't just a Nissan issue; and I would much rather weld my frame together than constantly wrench on a Jeep. Besides alternators (sand eats 'em and upgrades I never have to work on my Pathy) And if it seems like I was being a Jag, nope, just coverin' my midwest rust belt familia & 'splainin' to the lumberjacks that there is another world outside of the woods with people that have never seen real forests or even roads without street lights! scary but true... -
Curse the InterWebby Thingy and all the devils it breeds! Curse you Al Gore for "inventin" the virtual Devil

Isn't the trailmaster the lift that the torsion bars crossmember is "dragging on the ground" Not bashing it as I never used one or touched one (and slick might break my legs since I think she has 1)
-
Only issues I have had were torn half shaft boots; and that seems to be from "sticks" and crap piercing them, I would have skipped the rear sway bar quick-disconnects and just recycled my rear sway bar. other than that (and midwest rust) 33" 3SL+3BL works for me. (adjustable shocks replace the sway bar pretty well to stop swaying at turns)
-
Timing belt/water pump is due also; that would be a party spoiler if it goes (I need to do it myself also;-)

Lowers are the devil

My first 95 was a 5 speed, my current is a slushbox (auto) and I prefer the auto. easier to 1 finger salute when passing gear kicks in and I never need to shift in the mud. Not a big difference in MPG either. Wrong vehicle to worry about MPG's anyhow!-) Just fix the leaky seal and put some good tranny fluid in there, (Lucas, Amsoil or Purple...)
-
Mine is the same (odometer reads double that) my temp is there unless towing toys then it is a bit over half way. In winter I need to add a cover or she would never heat up (below zero) Never have to worry about overheating!-)
