  1. disconnect the stock cooler for sure, I run my cooler in front of the radiator; in winter I partially cover the radiator/tranny cooler and everything runs fine. If I didn't cover it I would never get heat!-)damn thing would run too cool. But never shifting issues.
  2. You can get all you drivers for your machine right off dells website, just put in the machine service tag# and it will list all you drivers. I hate computers But it's a living... At least you don't have a broken wristed Mac... I do miss the unhappy face when the old ones crashed though!
  3. Dig a tunnel!-) Works everywhere else
  4. pulling them off to clean, and seal them is a good idea, but here in Da Cheez (WI) we get pulled over for it (I put my stock tires back on to get by. Pathy looks more like a Jap-Jeep without flares, I like them on but need to find some aftermarkets to fit. It is a good idea to clean the crap out at least in spring and fall. Here the frame rusts before any of that!-)

    Seafoam

Seafoam works well in my opinion: But when I add it to my oil before a change; I never put the engine under load (aka let it idle) After I am done draining the oil; I run some Marvel mystery oil (you can use cheap oil) thru with the drain plug still out to "rinse" more of the crap/leftover seafoam out. (a quart or 2) then fill her back up. I just refuse to run an engine under load with thinned out oil.
  6. Tetanus shot No doubt on that, add a welder if your in the midwest; I think I use a welder more than tools as it doesn't break; it just rusts
  7. Re-index, I have Calmini's and have the same lean (off a spline(or 2) on the passenger side) I haven't had time to re-index mine yet
  8. Don't need no stinkin' Status

  9. Thanks B! Seriously never seen one; was looking at th front ones on my parts pathy and as i touched it; it fell off. I'll just leave the stock ones on for a while, saving up for another truck. (from out west or down south with real frame so i can maybe SAS one as my next project)
  10. I have yet to lay my eyes on this bumpstop thing you speak of!-)

    Seafoam

I guess in a warm climate 30 would work; I wouldn't here though as cold starts would be abusive until the syrup started to warm and flow
  12. can't sand/scrape the inside frame of 15 years of crap we hit that subject here... fliud-film the roads are where the salt is, flush those rear rails before the salt starts flying
  13. Then I'll order the timbrens, they must glue the figure 8 things on cause there are 0 holes on the metal. wierd not one of my 3 95's had them, not even 1. No wonder I can superflex the rear to touch the body then... Or I'll edit the inside wheel well to allow the flex;-)
  14. You looking at the rear? Fronts have rubber and the front is minimal flex; rear is where I have impact/tire rub on inside body wheel well enough that it is shiny. OOH like havin chrome almost! Those pics make me laugh still; damn bumper and hitch were held on by a bungee cord after "some issues" pulling a Rubicon out
  15. Watch Precise1's thread on Thorleys, I would recommend getting the Thorleys thru Steeevo as Precise1 did also as it is a excellent price & he is a trustworthy vendor. Truck will sound NICE!
  16. Damn Viqueens Good to see another midwest Pathy, once you swap out the auto hubs you'll be modding it alot, mine was a daily driver for years. 75 mile commute to work made me get a lil car also once gas went crazy. have to get together sometime for some wheeling (Gilbert sounds good, never been there) I'm in Milwaukee so if your ever in town give me a heads up; 5 minutes from Milwaukee Zoo, Stadium and 10 minutes to Summerfest. Only negative is 2-3 hours to closest wheeling;-( Welcome! Mike
  17. I have the Calmini 3" lift and AC 3" Body with rear sway removed, I removed the front but it really didn't do much except make it a crazy drive on the interstate. We need to hook up this spring and do some wheeling!-)
  18. Really? Seems like I do almost every time I go... I must do it wrong with 31's on stock rims & with my soft 8's and 33's on, it binds up on the inner fenderwell of the body before the frame
  19. I believe ECU is the same, issue being auto ecu can be used in both but manual ecu doesn't work on the auto. 92-95 parts are all interchangeable What parts are you looking for? post it in parts wanted as some of us have parts trucks available.
  20. here is how to do Diagnostics on a 98 which should be the same as a 97; I believe 95 is different 98 Diagnostics I installed a Safari Snorkel to keep the sand out of my airfilter, (I have no where near as much sand as you do in Dubai!-) Keeps my filter and MAF much cleaner pulling alot less sand into the intake when I am behind other vehicles in dry sand... Welcome to NPORA! Mike
  21. Welcome to the Rust repair club Bill!-)
  22. I think we have 55 gallon drums of fluid-fil at work, I r stupit! We use it to coat CNH tractors before shipping them overseas to protect them from salt, etc...
  23. But once water gets in there the reflective qualities go to hell; at least my passenger side has since it had a lil' to much to drink one day.
  24. If you remove the rear bumpstops the axle hits the frame or the wheel rubs the inner wheel well. our bumpstops are chunks of metal and these are semi hard rubber and are much longer but collapse. they remind me of Air ride in semi's, as they compress down to nothing so it stops hard bottoming out as it cushions the impact. looking for a link to a video this is an x but you get the idea (it compresses more than shown) I snapped my first 95's frame with a hard hit to the rear bumpstops and was wondering if anyone used them on a pathy since the x is leaf spring
