I have never tried it, but you might be able to apply a little heat to adjust the contour a little. Maybe you can get a slightly better fit?

You may have just exposed an issue, thank you. There is a brand new update that we will be performing soon, but I have not yet gone through the change log to see exactly what it addresses. And time will tell what new issues the update will create

Your not the only one There is a pic out there of someone having done somethinng similar, but I think the screen is below. And I have actually been planning somethinng similar for a couple of years now. I have almost everything I need to do it, still need a few things but time is the highest on the list. In my plan however I want the screen below. Sorry I can't help on moving the enviro control down as we have two different styles, perhaps someone who has done work in the dash of later (w)d21's will chime in.

Yep I agree with the above. Cheapest option: RTV (see post above) Best option: Replace with new gaskets. Under that, the safe route would be new gaskets w/grommets But if you examine and are sure the grommets are still good, then just the gaskets would suffice.

If you currently have or were to convert to a sealed beam headlight assembly like the Hardbody uses, then Yes. But on a stock WD21 no. Post a picture of the front of your Terrano ans we'll be able to tell you for sure.

Sadly the original pics are long gone, as is the domain they were hosted on. Post 18 had an attached pic, I'll see if I can dig it up somewhere, but I am fairly sure it is also gone. As with many older topics the pics were often hsted on private domains that have since dissappeared or members sale thier Pathfinders/Terrano's and delete all the related info from thier websites, or move to another directory on them, thus breaking the links. We try and replace them (as we are made aware of them) with newer pics. But for some the chances to get replacements are far and few between because they are often specific to the work being done. But we encourage all members to work with us to get new pics, when they do this type of work.

It's bobbed, usually on a truck bed though and approach/departure angle is what it is all about Where? So I was sure that was not an RC, jsut to many things that look real, even for a scale truck. But some RC's are done VERY well, so I set out to find more about it (see below) I noticed that as well, but then also noticed that the back is not a bed and does appear to be a 2dr Pathy cab. I imagine they installed a HB tank in the stock HB location and decided to duplicate the fuel door. Morningwould's truck was silver and was not bobbed in the back last time I saw a it or a picture of the truck. Don't know about now, and not sure if that is his truck or not. It looks like a WA State plate on the front and the truck is noticibly different, if it is his.

Looks like it may be Morningwood's truck, though it has been a while since I have seen him around. Last I know he had cut the top off and was planning larger tires and I think a sas.

Only use straight GL4 fluid in the Pathy's manual transmissions, this means "GL4" only, not GL5, GL5/GL4, GL5/GL4 Compatible, etc... There have been many cases over the years that owners (several have been members here) have drained a 5spd and refilled with one of the GL5 fluids, only to have them fail some months later. Straight GL4 may be harder to find and possibly more expensive, but putting GL5 in place of it, is just not worth the risk. I personally use and recommend the following

Home depot, locksmith, any small hardware stores (such as ace) that cut keys. Lowes has always been pain for me when it comes to keys (they manage to mess them up with the automated machine more than anyone else) Approach them staing that you know it's not a chipped key. If you bring them the key, they are notliable for the key when it does not work (short of a bad cut, maybe)

You might try contacting Alkorahil, checking the parts for sale section and posting in the parts wanted section. Otherwise a wrecking yard.

Sorry to hear about your troubles with this. It's a long standing issue with them. Many people have had problems with even mentioning companies or parts made by companies that are not them or endorsed by them. I'm not siding one way or the other, just saying that these issues have been talked about for years.
