  7. if all else fails, take 'em off, sell 'em over on AC's discussion board to someone and get some RC UCA's
  8. haha, mine does that too, I never really worried about it cuz it still runs fine, but I always have wondered "What the hell is that"?
  9. yeh, my thought too, those look no better than stock UCA's
  10. correct me if I'm wrong, didn't you get AC UCA's?
  11. rancho 5112's rear, front won't matter. theres a sticky about springs that has a ton of info about which one's and the diameters. I would say get the beafiest ones you can find. the JGC's I got gave only a small amount of lift in the rear, although that is relative to the amount of sag you have here's the link http://www.nissanpathfinders.net/forum/index.php?showtopic=18
  12. get low profile bumpstops?
  13. I replaced the BJ's when I did mine ,too much of a pain to try and salvage the old ones. I had to use a pickle fork for a chevy pitman arm???? can't remember exactly now, to get the old BJ's out. Just get a larger pickle fork if you go that route
  14. From an old crevasse in my old mind I remember a post about burning them out with a little torch, didn't sound fun or easy, do a search, it's around here somewhere, I think 88 might have done it along as some others. I know it can be done that way my bud did that with some honda bushings
  15. First, it depends if you end up having to reindex the tbars, but if you have all tools at your disposal I'd say not more than a few hours, depending on if you gotta reindex Ok, just checked your link, If your putting in new UCA's and tbars , then it'll be a day job I'd say. It'll be alot quicker if you have a press for the bushings on your old UCA's, still a day job in my opinion
  16. the rubber flaps have plastic things that you can pop off to remove a portion of the flap, but the flap is easy to get tears in especially at this age. Mine are completely gone from being torn, taken on/off, etc.
  17. they are in the frame, behind the wheel kind of
  18. Sweet, good deal on the westin, guess I need to go yardsale-ing more often
  19. yep, me too, I musta missed something?
  20. I took off the fan shroud and reinstalled it after the lift was complete, I had to trim a small amount off to keep the fan from hitting it but no big deal. Reinstall to see where to trim then take it off trim it up and reinstall it. I didn't have any probs with the steering shaft, as I lifted the body it just slid out where it needed to be
