  1. you shouldn't need 4wd in rain on pavement
  2. great, now my sticker will be relavent again, I had been meaning to scrape the www.nissanpathfinders.com part off, now I don't have too
  3. I didn't get a pic, but I can take one tomorrow, its not hard to find, once you pop the panel off it'll be staring you in the face btw I went back and looked at that tutorial (been a while) it's not where that guy was doin it, he was doin it on a Q45, apparently completely different locations but the exact same timer and problem
  4. its on the driver side rear, pop the panel off behind the rear seat and there you go. IIRC 1 screw to get get it off. I didn't do the desolder/resolder thing I just hit it with a solder gun to melt the solder back where it should be and it's been fine for about 6 months now, really easy fix. If it happens again I'll to a desolder/resolder job
  5. this will probably fix your problem too Kingman, mine did all of these things that are described above. mine would lock, unlock, lock again sometimes
  6. check this link, it's what I did and mine have been working fine ever since http://www.q45.org/timers.html
  7. so if it came with 31's stock there are different gears for the speedo?
  8. I went with Rancho 5112's in the rear - longer travel. Like GG said the front doesn't need longer shocks
  9. just get RC UCA's and some JGC springs and there you go, seems to be the common method here
  10. sweet shiite, what the hell is that ^ ????????????????????????????????????????
  11. interesting. If you do it, do a write up, I like the idea. Man I have wanted a Mog or Pinzgauer ever since I saw the first Mog I'd seen locally.
  12. IIRC the black round thing is a sensor for I think the auto in cabin temp control. 90 amp alt is better when your running extra driving/offroad lights, amps etc..

    Oil Gauge

wish I had an oil gauge
  14. if the locks are weird when trying manual check out the link below, thats how I fixed mine but they would only lock by hand before i did this, the door lock button on the armrest wouldn't even work. Solved my FOB and armrest button problems http://www.q45.org/timers.html
  15. It's actually pretty eassy, although I say that having done it 4 times in July. Remove the skid plate, loosen tesioner bolt, after that it's just 2 bolts that hold it in place, remove those, disconnect wires in the back and your good to go. Much easier with the wheel off so you can get to it from the side. Whatever you do don't replace it with a Autozone one. Will check back later if you have more questions
  16. one quick and easy check is the air intake "boot", the rubber piece between the MAF and the engine intake, mine was split right at the engine intake but at the bottom, very hard to see if not really looking for it. After cleaning my MAF, replacing dist cap, plugs, and O2 sensor I just happened to notice the split. Got a used one at the JY and has been fine since.
  17. thankfully u got it home, that's all I got
  18. not sure but mine will alarm after 30, impact or no impact on
  19. mine doesn't have a light on the dash, just the switch
