  1. Always turn off the computer before you go to bed! Never know what a sneaky woman will do after you're asleep.
  2. Sorry, just one lift rod on ours, it's more of a center guide. (Some ccars use swinging rods). There are adjustments at the bottom of each end rail, at the bottom of the center guide. The 2 bolts I mentioned before also have a little adjustment to them.
  3. I remember seeing a few Pathys with it done a few years ago on AC. Most people cut the brackets on the bumper and insert 3" of material inbetween. I'll see if I can dig up a pic of one.
  4. Nope, that was Dtz510 who you're thinking of. Desert Rat has a SAS Frontier. BTW, Carlton is the worst of the bunch, Ian's an ass too. AeroSteve can go either way. I wheeled with him at the Badlands once and he was an OK guy in person, but some of his posts I have read make me wanna break things.
  5. The bumpers on 93-95 are larger (taller) than 92 and older. Same otherwise.
  6. There are 4 kinds of X owners; ones who will never wheel their truck(it might get a scratch), those who wheel it because they saw the Xterra on the commercial do it (quite a few of those on XOC), those who wheel their Xterra and think that it is better than anything else ever made, and then those who are actually OK guys who actually KNOW HOW to wheel and have a good time running a trail with anyone/anyrig. Sad to say the last type is a rare breed, but I know a few.
  7. Not necessarily, I know of several types of oil filled plastics, Hell, plastic is made from oil.
  8. I have one of these stickers on both Pathfinders
  9. Yep, Calmini is so great (Sorry, had to do it)
  10. No one ever seems to get a shot of me while I'm actually on an obsticle....just the aftermath
  11. You said they're power, how did the lift rods look? Were they tweaked at all?
  12. Well, when my 93 got vandalized I got a Monte Carlo rental, they give you a choice usually.
  13. there should be 2 bolts in a mount on the bottom of the window, loosen them and you should be able to move the window around, remove them and the window can be removed (not a simple process).
  14. Nope (actuall hell no), but have seen enough parts on others to know there's better parts available than theirs.
  15. PBB page link There is where the MP3 is from, and a whole big discusion relating to Calmini. Hey not everyone likes everyone else or thinks a product is good, 88 had issues with AC BJ spacers, others didn't. Some people think Calmini is the best, I think it's over priced crap
  16. Nah, you just have to clean up after that muzzel flash
  17. Check Sears or Big Lots(if they have those around you).
  18. I've never liked Calmini, and after hearing this little conversasion I would never buy from them. Right click "save as" MP3 of phone conversation
  19. Child labor rules!!!!! We need more here, keep the damn kids from getting fat if they were working!
  20. Pacesetter makes a set too, but from what I have heard the Thorleys fit much better.
  21. I usually use a 10w40 blend like Castrol Syntec.
  22. If I had those instead of my 2x12's already in the back...baaaaaaad baaaaaaaaad things would happen with my seat vibrating any more while driving.. Slick, you know you want to. It'll sure beat ridding the washing machine
