  1. My 93 has been doing that since I ripped the boot. Time for a new boot and tranny cooler on it I guess.
  2. Now some of the blank spots in the circuit sheet (on the back of the cluster)make sence.
  3. nothing wrong w/ 2wd... Don't make me start the list.... :contract:
  4. The AC one is a Performance Accesories lift with upgraded bolts (FYI).
  5. Um, might wanna fix this being at the botom of the pages: Queries Used SELECT id, member_id, running_time, location FROM ibf_sessions WHERE id='3acdd58c043d7f4139cb41035790b59f' and ip_address='67.149.134.230' -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- SELECT moderator.mid as is_mod, moderator.allow_warn, m.id, m.name, m.mgroup, m.password, m.email, m.restrict_post, m.view_sigs, m.view_avs, m.view_pop, m.view_img, m.auto_track, m.mod_posts, m.language, m.skin, m.new_msg, m.show_popup, m.msg_total, m.time_offset, m.posts, m.joined, m.last_post, m.last_visit, m.last_activity, m.dst_in_use, m.view_prefs, m.org_perm_id, m.temp_ban, m.sub_end, g.* FROM ibf_members m LEFT JOIN ibf_groups g ON (g.g_id=m.mgroup) LEFT JOIN ibf_moderators moderator ON (moderator.member_id=m.id OR moderator.group_id=m.mgroup ) WHERE m.id=1077 -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- UPDATE ibf_sessions SET member_name='GrimGreg',member_id='1077',member_group='3',in_forum='25',in_topic='0',login_type='',running_time='1119933208',location='SF,,' WHERE id='3acdd58c043d7f4139cb41035790b59f' -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- SELECT s.*, t.template, c.css_text FROM ibf_skins s LEFT JOIN ibf_templates t ON (t.tmid=s.tmpl_id) LEFT JOIN ibf_css c ON (s.css_id=c.cssid) WHERE s.default_set=1 -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- SELECT func_name, func_data, section_content FROM ibf_skin_templates WHERE set_id='1' AND group_name='skin_global' -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- SELECT func_name, func_data, section_content FROM ibf_skin_templates WHERE set_id='1' AND group_name='skin_forum' -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- SELECT f.*, c.id as cat_id, c.name as cat_name FROM ibf_forums f LEFT JOIN ibf_categories c ON (c.id=f.category) WHERE f.id=25 -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- SELECT f.id as forum_id, f.parent_id, f.subwrap, f.sub_can_post, f.name as forum_name, f.position, f.redirect_on, f.read_perms, c.id as cat_id, c.name FROM ibf_forums f LEFT JOIN ibf_categories c ON (c.id=f.category) WHERE c.state IN (1,2) ORDER BY c.position, f.position -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- SELECT COUNT(tid) as max FROM ibf_topics WHERE forum_id=25 and approved=1 and (pinned=1 or last_post > 1117341208) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- SELECT DISTINCT(ibf_posts.author_id), ibf_topics.* FROM ibf_topics LEFT JOIN ibf_posts ON (ibf_topics.tid=ibf_posts.topic_id AND ibf_posts.author_id=1077) WHERE ibf_topics.forum_id=25 and ibf_topics.approved=1 and (ibf_topics.pinned=1 or ibf_topics.last_post > 1117341208) ORDER BY pinned DESC, last_post DESC LIMIT 0,20 -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- SELECT s.member_id, s.member_name, s.login_type, s.location, g.suffix, g.prefix, g.g_perm_id, t.forum_id, m.org_perm_id FROM ibf_sessions s LEFT JOIN ibf_groups g ON (g.g_id=s.member_group) LEFT JOIN ibf_topics t ON (t.tid=s.in_topic) LEFT JOIN ibf_members m on (s.member_id=m.id) WHERE (s.in_forum=25 OR t.forum_id=25) AND s.running_time > 1119932308 ORDER BY s.running_time DESC -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- SELECT macro_value, macro_replace FROM ibf_macro WHERE macro_set=1
  6. I think the main mod that is needed is to the crossover pipe, but that is for trucks with AT trannys only.
  7. BL would only help since it would raise the body allowing for more space to fit things
  8. The body lifts for our trucks are good, none of the issues your mechanic brought up happen on our trucks. The body is still supported from all of the same points, just 2"-3" higher off of the frame .
  9. On an auto it can me a PITA since the AT fluid tubes that go to the cooler run through that area and cut down on the space a little.
  10. Interesting, still got stuck with that a$$ ugly orange though I see  .
  11. sly It seams like everytime someone posts about something I find it in the Junk Yard. Found an 87 Toy 4 Runner in a yard today with a tilt/altimiter on the dash (similar setup as the Nissan one). $10 :cool2: , and even better the grey cover over it is the same exact color and material as the dash of my 93 Pathy. -bounce- BTW check JC Whitney for the cheap ones
  12. You can get cheap ones (non Nissan)for like $10-$20.
  13. I've been looking for one to replace mine, but all the ones hitting the local yards have external carriers. (Figures, when I wanted an external carrier for it I couldn't find one ).
  14. Go play with your truck or post something meaningful :furious:
  15. Yep, I generally go 1/2 turn in then back 1/4 turn, repeating till there's no resistance, then run it in about 6 turns to make sure the threads are clean.
  16. Actually it's a common problem with automatics (manuals have a relay we don't have). Mr. Reverse on AC did a write up on there of how to wire in a starter relay on our trucks, fixes the problem. link to fix writeup on AC
  17. Get a T handle for the tap and do it by hand. If you drilled the right size hole it will cut the threads easily. If you want to make it go a little smoother and make the tap last use a little oil on it. Also be sure to run it in far enough that you get past the starter cutters on the tap.
  18. It was put there for sound resonance, to quiet the intake noise. It has no function beyond that. I removed mine and plugged the hole in my airbox where it attached.
  19. All the lighs are stadard bulbs, they are cheap and easy to replace. All the little round things sticking out of the back of the cluster are the bulb sockets, they just twist out. If I remeber right the main 4 bulbs that light up everything are 194s.
  20. I removed mine, and lost my bracket But I can tell you that there were 2 bolts into the side, and 1 or 2 on the wheel hump.
  21. I wouldn't recomend the helicoil since the bolt holes are in thin metal with nothing to stop the helicoil from spinning completely through the hole.
  22. I might have been to Target twice in my life, the only reason I went was to browse for the rack and bought one since it was so cheap. So, I have no clue as to how long they were on the shelves there.
