No way it'll fit. The R50 is a unibody, the WD21 is a body-on-frame. The nerf bars on the WD bolt to the frame, and the ones for the R50 bolt to the body. They aren't even CLOSE.

Except the hidden winch mount cannot be used with an integrated winch. So that winch wouldn't work.

The Bose 6-CD are prone to failure as it is, and with the extra strain on the head unit of the amps, then I could definitely see how the outputs blew out. Check your PMs.

With an auto, if it doesnt already have one, you'll need to put an external transmission cooler on it. Also, it has a 5000lb towing capacity, which I think is very optimistic. My Pathy has a hard time pulling my VW Rabbit on a lightweight trailer up steep hills.

Those rims are actually 15x6, not 15x7, and only came on the XEs in 97.

Wow....apparently driving like a grandma works. I've been flat broke for the last 2.5 weeks, and I filled up my tank last on April 4th (which overdrew my checking account by $0.38) :X....but...I got paid today and went and filled up my truck...took 17.5 gallons, and my odometer was at 304miles...and I had been wheelin since I last filled up!...apparently, driving under 2500rpms really does conserve gas....

Yes, the flares are different for the 99.5+ Pathfinders, but the fender sheetmetal remained the same. They are not part of the fender panel...the fenders are metal and the flares are plastic. They are attached by clips.

No, it does not. There is no way to mount a SS to your truck either. It is a rack and pinion steering system.

The holes are not circular, they're more rectangular elliptical....

The SE fenders are the same, but have holes drilled for the flares.

I know exactly why I have such bad gas mileage....I've got a bad ground on my intake manifold, the ground strap for my O2 sensors is disconnected (causing my truck to run rich), my EVAP Vent Control Valve is bad, I've got 32" tires, I've got a gigantic roof rack, and I drive like a bat outta hell.

I think that is a very fair price for your Pathy. Good luck with the sale, and keep it Nissan...check out the Altima, too.

Yeah, and not to mention the printed instructions are incredibly vauge...the Haynes is better on that, but the FSM is better on diagrams and such.
