Yes, the bumpers will interchange. You can occasionally find the black and chrome pieces on eBay. As for a budget upgrade to help your off-road performance, get a good set of All-Terrain tires when your current ones wear out.

Be hard pressed to find one of those on an 01 Mz...it's even in his sig. 9/10 times it's a wheel out of balance. It's very possible that when they were balancing the wheel, it moved slightly before they put the weight on.

That actually doesnt surprise me at all. Nissan is notorious for ridiculously priced parts. 99.5% of the time, you do not need to replace the precat unless the structure of it has been compromised.

I've got the configuration styker referred to, and I've only had to do some minor trimming. Works great, too. Though, my tires were slightly smaller than 32" when new.

That is a TJM T-15. She sniped me on eBay for it. They have been discontinued for longer than 3 years, and there are none left. Your only chance is to find someone selling one (I've only seen one in 3 years)...or wait for a little while for the BlackPanthers...

Trailing arm, and Front LCA. $36.50 each, Need 4 sets of T/A bushings. That's actually the only way I've found to get new bushings. Nissan won't sell replacement rubber ones, and I can't get them from CarQuest or Checker either.

AC sells poly bushings.

It's normal for suspension to settle over time. Unless it feels really bad, don't worry about it.

When you get it done, depending on where you take it, expect them to recommend a bunch of stuff....if it's a mom n pop type place, they'll probably suggest you do the timing belt. It's not due until 105,000. Labor rates and charges will vary. A Nissan dealership will charge about 2-3 hours of labor for it, and you shouldn't expect anywhere else to charge any more. No. Yes. Go with the KYB GR-2 for struts. Bilsten 5100 or Rancho RS5000 would be good for shocks. They'll last longer than the OEM and give a better ride. Also, the factory Nissan stuff is way expensive. $208 each per strut from the Dealer. Again, that depends on where you're located, and where you take it. Expect a dealership to charge around $100/hr, private shops will charge probably $80. The job should be quoted for no more than 3 hours if you're doing just struts, and the shocks should'nt take more than an hour. In fact, the shocks are easy enough to do yourself, that you could save a little on labor doing that yourself.

I'm guessing because your tailpipe separated that you live in someplace with salt. That means that the bolts are probably fused into the holes. Just break out the grinder and have at it.

Not on mine it isnt. My Stillens are about 1/3 the length of those and feed directly into the first set of cats (pre-cats). The second set of cats (post-cats) are farther down the line. There is no Y-pipe on an R50. It has dual exhaust feeding into a single muffler. After the muffler, it comes out in 1 pipe, and feeds into a second muffler/resonator, and out the back. That's the stock setup anyways. PS: Mattie, I did a search for Hurricane Headers and Hurricane Extractors, and it does appear they are an Aussie company. Their stuff looks very nice. I didn't see one for an R50 though...are those specifically for the R50, or were they fitted from something else, if so...what?

I could see this being beneficial on a new frame, but on something that has probably already started rusting from the inside, it would be a bad idea. Just get it sprayed with oil every so often and that'll slow down the existing rust and all but stop new rust from forming.
