  4. Hi Everyone. Unfortunately, 4 x 4 d e s i g n is stopping its operations. I am taking a few months off in order to prepare for a bigger and better Version 2... I agree with Slartibartfast.. also some place will let you go in the yard with your vehicle ...so you could also operate the grinder with the inverter pluged on your car/truck... this way you don't have to go around with a 30+ lbs battery and grinder etc... on another note, Slartibartfast, do you know if such a body repair manual exists for the R50 platform (2001-2004) ? (Sorry to highjack the thread , but this 1990 repair book has some pretty good procedures in it... I would love to get my hands on the R50 version...(if it exists)... S.

  14. typical rear trailing arm bushings... You can buy the whole arm or just the bushings if you have some mechanical skills and some key tools. Welcome. S.

  16. Well... Lift tires under protection Tow Strap Hi lift Jack These are the basics... Then you start going for little extras to make the truck more capable like: Lockers rack - lights Steel or aluminum bumpers winch etc..

  18. Do you have an all electronic HVAC or the manual one ? If you have the electronic one, there is a procedure you can do in order to know if maybe your air mix door is stuck closed... if so the air would bypass the heater core and you would only get outside air... Download the fsm and check the HA section and go to page 46... Look for step 3 and hopefully you get code 30.
