For you truck's year, I only make rear suspension spacers.... 4x4design.com S.
-
Or you could use a piece of tubing ( 1 foot or 2.) over your ratchet and give it a go..kind off like a cheater bar ... I thought you meant your drain bolt was stripped... Like it,s turning but not coming out...
-
personally, I would drill it out with progressively bigger drill bits... Start by punching a center point, then start with a small diameter drill bit like 1/8 or 3/16... drill at slow speed and clean up as you go.. The plug will be out in about an hour or so... Once you get near the size of the plug itself, you will be able to fish out the last bit and pieces of it.... Welding could cause you to crack your TC...This would be alot worst... My opinion... Good luck. S.

That,s correct. For the r50, i make two models of front spacers and 2 models of rear spacers ( 1" and 1.5"). They are modular so you can mix and match the two and get the lift that is right for you... That,s unique on the market...for any lift manufacturer out there...
-
No problem... For the skidplate, 4 confirmed out of 6
-
Depending on the backspace , you might have to install wheel spacers., but our test truck with the 2" lift all around ran 32"
-
Fair enough :-) S.
-
Stock is good. I designed the spacers exactly for that purpose. keep your oem springs and shocks.
-
32" You have to measure and order the lift accordingly .. Everything is explained on my website...
-
I,m sure they will outlast the truck.... As for the riding, the ride stays the same as before the spacers... No change...just higher..

Welcome!

If your rearend kicks-out left or right when you press/release the gas, then it has to be with what retains the rear-end to the body.... This includes the following : 1) control arms 2) coils 3) shocks One of the common mistakes that people do when installing new control arms or bushings, is to tight them up while the wheel is up in the air. At that point the rubber bushing will be set in place while the suspension is extended. When the truck is put back on its wheel, the bushing will start tearing slowly because it wants to turn to it's original position... unless you have put poly bushings....then this problem will not be present. On the last trail, I busted a rear coil and I had the same symptom coming home from the trail... So my point is this... If your coils are not snapped in two, then your control arms bushings are toasted... Can you take good pictures of the bushings on lower arms ? S.

Really simple really... compress the coil with a spring compressor, insert the spacers between the coil and the coil seat. uncompress the coils. That's it... S.
