  1. isn't 3.75 better though? 4 is neutral right? = what the stock wheels were?
  2. thanks, hopefully these are 3.75"
  3. Found a great deal on a set of 15x8 crager soft 8's that a guy is selling off his pathfinder - however he does not know the backspacing. is there a way to measure this on the wheel? or could it be marked on there?
  4. Yes you do have to drill the frame. If I can find It I can scan the instructions I have and email them to you. IDK about the bushings - probably have to ask Rancho directly.
  5. Yep, Ranchos. I have those on my truck right now. They are beeeeefy!
  6. I thought Steevo at Rugged Rocks got Thorley to make them for the 3.3.
  7. Yeah, I think its the ABS too. Thanks
  8. Sunday I'm going to start bagging and tagging everything from the VG33 and get stuck into cleaning everything. The block is going to be hot-tanked eventually, but I was going to clean everything else myself. For most of the parts that's pretty straight forward, but I don't want to damage anything aluminum in the process - In particular the heads. I also am not sure if I am going to replace valve seats so a cleaning process that I can use without having to remove these would be great. Is there an efficient product that I can use in a parts cleaner which will get most of the grime etc off? Carb cleaner? Is it true I can throw them in the dishwasher for a cycle to clean them up really well? Would regular dishwasher powder be safe and would this damage the valve seats or anything else?
  9. Does any one know if this is the AT computer or the ABS computer? It is the one located underneath the radio console.
  10. Exidy clutches are the ones Nissan re-brand and use. You can get full clutch kits for around $130
  11. or get a winch and then you can experiment
  12. See if you can get it online for cheaper. I would replace it if I were you.
  13. theres a company in Australia that makes overhead compartments/cb holders. one of our Aussie members has one installed - but I dont remember who - might be in the members rides section.
  14. I think a lot of us would do this mod if we could find that grille. someone who knows how to mold plastic should fab one up for us, lol
  15. I think it is the regulator as the motor still whirs and attempts to pull it up. However, the cable is tangled now so I figure it will be easier to get a complete motor/regulator assembly.
  16. My passenger side rear window regulator/motor has gone out (it goes down, but not up - can hear it working, but it doesn't actually move the glass). I know I can get replacements on ebay, rock auto etc. but none list the REAR door units. I know front and rear motors are the same, but are front and rear regulators the same also?
  17. getting the headliner, speaker bracket and the roof support that the bracket mounts on from the JY is easy and should only cost you about $40 if not less. when you add the tweeters you should order some bass removers (capacitors?) from crutchfield or wherever and add them in line with the wires. I think putting subs where the boxes were would be a good idea.
  18. i never did anything with the at computer. you seem to have a good grasp of what is needed. sucks about the manifold studs (headers are the answer, lol)
  19. just so yall know - i have a leather boot for sale
