please search around.. there is a whole thread on plugs.. another related to manual tranny.. gl5 is a nono on 5speed. i have the same fluids in all TC and the diffs; mainly for ease of it. coolant: recycle.

5w20 is too thin and too thick. nissan says to use 10w30 unless you live in the extremes (temp wise) idler pulley is a known culprit of squeecking up front. they tend to go out once i a while.

not stupid.. that's what they're for anyway.. use them. ties to front and back, in triangular fasion, are must.

this shouldn't be any different then any other vehicle. there is no one time use washer on the drain plug.. if there is one on your truck for some reason, it would be copper - so check for that. i like synthetic oil myself.. check your owner's manual for all the other data.

darn.. shoul dhave flushed the system before you installed brand spanking new radiator. oh well. good luck and update us when you fix it.

yeah.. pulling straight back they are ok.. sideways you'll have to be really careful as they will bend like sammy said.

nah.. i mean they did put in the nipples for some reason but i really have no idea why.

i am 100% synth right now. M1 all the way. make sure you use manufaturer recommended weight.

on my wd's ther grease nipples were already there.. same grease as for the BJ's and TRE's

check your plugs. these engines will run until the plugs are almost completely gone.. then all of a sudden, they don't want to. to check for fuel, there should be a schroeder valve in the rail somewhere.. depress it and if it squirts, you're good to go. (tach your eyes)

i'd shift in and out of 4x4 a few times and see if it wasn't some kind of a fluke.

MN = a lot more rust then you think.. check again and again. otherwise what you're thinking is line with what may be up with it. i surely can't think of anything else.

count the teeth on the belt in between all the different sprokets. not sure what they are supposed to be for your truck but you can look that up yourself. did you hook the battery back up.. everything sounds right to me, over the www.
