  1. do the belt man, you can't tell how used up it is just by looking at it.. i mean it could look great and still be abot to bust and you don't want it busting, believe you me.
  2. yeah, lot's of holes in there but besides all the other things, one could anstall a manual overide and have extra control.
  3. while you're at it, hit this one too. only half way there thus far. https://host593.ipowerweb.com/%7Eaccess-a/b...untry_petition/
  4. how much do you pay for a nissan filter then?
  5. btw. that's OE parts.. no M if they come in a box with nissan logo.
  6. in the 2.50s-2.60s range today here in the middle.
  7. 2nd, most likely... start there.. it's like $10 or so for one.. depressurise the line before unhooking anything. you do that by pulling the appropriate fuse.. location noted on fuse box cover. the little plastic clips that hold the filer hoses have a cross slide pin kind of thing.. push them out gently, not much force necessary but if you've never seen one of these, it's hard to figure out.
  8. two buckets man, 2 buckets.
  9. yeah, you can flush the tranny. find 88's post on the tranny cooler mod and he explains how he did it. as i recall it was highly sophisticated method using a 5gal bucket and those return lines. lol
  10. advanced auto has stock replacements for just over 100 w/ lifetime warranty.
  11. you'll need to get an allignement and you may want to also inspect the steering for anything loose or broken. look through this forum to find all kinds of issues being discussed about mishandling issues. maybe one of them is just like yours. so, the answer may already be awaiting you.
  12. i disagree, timig by ear is the way to go. just keep tweaking it one way or the other untill you get super smooth engine when you pull on the linkage. anything but smooth is out of time (backfires, dieseling, etc.. )
  13. why? my seats fold down just like yours. that's where mine is right now but it's most likely going to end up on the passenger's side of the center console. automotive fires are so quick that if it's not within hand's reach, you should just abandon ship.
  14. well, relay could be shot, why don't you hook your tk to another battery and see if you get more juice. are you getting power past the relay? if not then that's your issue; if yes, the you have to continue down the wire but i'd also check to see if the ECU is getting the juice and if it's working.
  15. that sounds pretty high to me. it's easy to change out the weather stripping.
  16. yeah, something is loose or worn out. there is another recent thread about the rack being an issue
  17. don't skip the TETONS either. freaking killer!
