I actually did take it out, but I had to put it in to paint where my hand was. Hence the overspray I'll touch it up later!
-
or drill a new hole in the key
-
Boogie-woogie-woogie! Cleaned out some of the scaliness inside my reciver hitch so I can actually fit one of my trailer recovers in it. Now WhiteOwl can actually hook up to the boat (even if most the time it won't be be hauling it around)

My front tow hooks ARE pink I see no shame in that! On the hood scoop subject though since we're sharing (though I'm sure most people know my hood already) 93+ Hardbody hood mixed with the scoop cut out of a SR5 4runner (only functional, unlike how Toyota designed it )

http://www.nissanpathfinders.net/forum/topic/34586-extended-wheel-studs/?fromsearch=1 Op in this thread apparently found longer studs but didn't share a part number/location (of course I'm assuming he disney quite care for the response to why he was searching for them, thoug the didn't honestly get help either. But in defense of NPORA it ain't something that's common enough for everyone to know). Might want to send him a pm and if you get an answer feel free to share in this thread to help others who may look in the future.

Pfft, that's a weight reduction!

It's not supposed to be in a bucket!

I'd like to try that (bow fishing) but don't know anyone locally who does and I ain't buying stuff to try it and get disgusted/lose a toe (I like having excuses to be cheap)
-
It's not THAT bad, just requires patience (and I'm not a metal fab guy so that skill ain't exactly required either, just some imagination) and a little dissection of the brackets to get them in. I think MY1PATH was in the process of trying to flip a factory carrier onto the left side, I don't remember how involved at the moment though he got in that project (or if he ever even completed it) As B stated, I have done it PERSONALLY, and adamzan has done it and if you go that route feel free to ask away at me any questions and adamzan is a good helpful member as well and would be able to lend guidance. Oterwise an aftermarket/home made bumper with a carrier integrated is an optional path and there are companies that make carriers that mount into reciver hitches as well.

Whatever bites the hook! First da for trout was yesterday so that pretty much opens it all up. I'm fortunate to have a wife who enjoys fishing as well (and I don't have to fix her line when she breaks it, bait her hooks, cast for her, take her fish off).
-
I don't think it does anymore, I vaugly remember Adam mailing out a template copy to someone who bought it and it didn't come with one
-
been done a couple times on here (I don't remember if there is a write up or not, but I am one of those who has done it). If yo udo you will need the internal bracing either by cutting it out of a doner or 4x4parts.com at least used to sell a kit with the bracing. Having gone the 'donor' route and IIRC adamzan talking about using the 4x4parts kit, I would go with the kit....

"Tophat" is what I was calling the lug but style The members screw name with the photo is "shasdakota" My fault for some clarification issues
-
Used him as part of my rig to re-spool a couple reels
-
member 'shasdakota' is the first one that comes to my mind that located the other style lugs needed for some toyota wheels, he runs (last time I remember seeing him on here at least) the aluminum SR5 wheels off a 90's 4x4 Toyota on his wd21 and had to locate the 'tophat' style shanked lugs. If thats what you plan on running, I would send him a pm (or I can for you if you wish) and see if he has a part number/store name he got them from in the correct thread
-
Yes, they are (spoken from a past of a few 4x4 HBs)

That hose has probably not been touched in 16 years! Perseverance and patience, I hav efaith you can do it! (though I'll admit I'd be on that relocate wagon right quick, I'm honestly looking for how I want to do it with the block temp sensor on my truck right now because I don't wanna change it...) and don't forget we have the ability to edit stuff in your account, and I have ideas...

it's all personal in my opinion. I've relocated an internal mount to external. The inside one while always free of the elements took up cargo area (though I still have the mounting bracket installed) and took up some window real estate I could pass on. The external sucks now and then if you don't plan ahead in a parking lot and want to open the whole hatch but the vision blockage is minimum and you got a rack you can mount all kinds of carp to!
-
Depending on the wheel style they take a different lug nut style. GM 1/2 tons share the same lug pattern as well but have a smaller hub bore
-
Buy the wheels and send me yours as a belated birthday gift I'm not sure how hard it is to source those wheels are on your side of the pond but they can be pretty easy to find here as they were/are not to hard to see rolling by on a 1/2 ton 4x Chevy. I would personally go for the PTO if you have a use for it (whether it be current or planned) but also don't know the avalability/value of that over there
-
Flip it over and bend it the other way
-
and will cause the need for glasses/contacts!
-
Or the bumper for the direction your gonna go is firmly against something solid, like a factory wall
-
Have a parts Pathy until June.. What would you take?
nunya replied to Patti13's topic in General Forums
How much room do you have for parts storage and are their any stipulations to what "must" be left? And welcome to NPORA -
I had plans of making a 'Desert Runner theme' on my truck, taking a little bit of liberty with the colors though (hence the reason I've been driving around with a red hood/cowl panel instead of my SR5 hood all winter). Ambition lost and gonna do something a little simpler and more 'me' though when the weather breaks
