  1. Just replaced both cv boots 2 ball joints and 2 sway bar endlinks on the 0 and sway bracket bushings on the 96 and now sway bar bushing on my 01 are clanking these trucks hate me i swear.

  2. The answer kids was the sway bar bracket bushing had to sit under my truck and have my friend rock it from back to forth i could visually see the sway bar banging againt the frame autozone doesn't carry the part and all energy bushing were to wide so the only way was the dealer i put it in and all is well with the 96
  3. So ever since i mounted my 31 on my truck i notice my spare doesnt fit underneath and hits my panhard bar. So i was going to get a basket and mount it on to the roof but my friend says that on his xj he lost somewhere from 4-6 mpg with the tire mounted up there I was wondering if any of our members that have theres mounted on the roof have had any problems with this and can shed some light on this for me otherwise i will be spare less lol.
  4. Cool they finally got it fixed i remembered there was a big stink about it and they were sending out the md rated springs for the customers ordering the hd springs they were receiving the ome 2923 springs
  5. if u pull one an automatic hub from an xterra or frontier it should fit.
  6. sierra expeditions has ome springs as well and u can order the actual hd springs rocky rock has the MD springs listed as hd and the md springs are the light duty springs just food for thought.
  7. I want to see your review i have the ronman springs as well but i gotta say the do provide the lift at a nice price but man are the soft to drive on.
  8. offroad wheels usually go by backspace more than offset u typically dont want anything more than a 4in backspace http://www.summitracing.com/parts/sum-84-5883/overview/
  9. 31x10.5r15 your wheels are 15" now the lug pattern will fit but u need to get the backspacing to be sure but they should fit as they have the same lug pattern BUT U WILL RUB LIKE HELL WITH A 10in WITH u have been warned u will be better of going to summitracing and getting a set of 15x8 with a 3.75 backspacing i did on mine and i think i paid like 180 shipped for all 4
  10. Silvapathy would have had this with the new wheels and tires.
  11. the ground therough the centerline top the bottom of the fenderflare for the measurement the site is sierra expeditions and the lift is supposed to be like 1.4 inches i think.
  12. in a week i have ripped 2 cv boots worn out 2 sway bar endlinks and destroyed my driverside ball joint wtf i live 4miles from work

I know right thank god for ebay sway bar endlink ball joints and boots for 60 bucks shipped

  13. i unbolted my seat and there was change in the rails like 3 pennies made my seat stop moving fishes them out and sprayed some slicone spray and working since October one of the reasons the previous owner sold it to me so cheap. Hope this helps u
  14. Just thought i post the final results so with the front lift spring and nx4 spacers im at 35.7 inches up front measured with a 31x10.5 r15 tire isn't bad its a lil bit lower than stoics with the ac lift and we have around the same tire. It was a successful experiment and the springs work no fitment issue the ride is soft which is what i don't like it but the misses love cause its lifted but still is comfy well dont matter anyway cause now its on to sub frame drop so im selling it to fund that shocks struts and all heres the picks for u guys
  15. So what i did i took a socket and put it behind the stud put the mount in a vice it poped right out dont know why i didnt think of that the first time just put some jb quick weld to hold the bolts in let it sit for ten min and it was good to go.
  16. im just gonna go for the qx4 clock in mine if i can ever find one with a black bezel
  17. my think is looking at the wj coils the pigtails are the same top to bottom and when u cut them they fit in the stock isolator so my thing is if u wj lift springs and cut both pigtails off i think they would fit without the adapter just an observation from looking at my setup
  18. OME lift is about 2in and is about 120 cheaper
  19. Alright just wanted to make sure i didn't put my engine in danger
  20. so the trailing arm look okay so im gonna go for sway bar links and ball joints there like 32 shipped for all four and i figure that my be worth it to keep the misses from driving my 01 r50 lol
  21. iron man springs from sierra expeditions are the cheapest wiht the lowest amount of lift
  22. Has anyone ever run mobil1 advanced fuel economy 0w-30 i was thinking of trying this since its starting to warm up here in AZ
  23. So my pathfinder numero dos has had an interesting problem since i bought it on the left side it has a suspension clunk when driving over bumps. So i took the old struts out blown kyb gr2 that were way past there prime wouldn't even decompress so i figured had to be the problem so i took the struts off my 01 which had 15k on them. Took a drive and now i have loud bangs on both sides. So i figure had to be strut mounts since i didn't replace those so i got all new strut mounts and coil springs seats insulator and now its a lot quieter and nothing on the right side anymore but the left still has the original clunk and cant figure it out for the life of me. Ball joints and sway bar end links look okay no torn boots or anything. SO any idea would be helpful im thinking maybe tie rod ends could this be the cause?
