  1. ebay is the cheapest and best just get a h3 kit i went with led just cause i didnt want to mount the ballast had a lazy moment this is the seller i used hes always given me great customer service and i have ordered about 12 kits for me and my friends not a single kit has died yet just type in h3 and order the kit and let him know what temperature http://myworld.ebay.com/zgperformance&ssPageName=STRK:MEFSX:SELLERID&_trksid=p3984.m1543.l2533
  2. well there are plenty of things u can do to your foglights its just an h3 bulb lots of possibilites. For us offroad guys the osram nightbreaker seem to be a popular choice i have pure white led in mine i bought of ebay and there stupid bright. And if u want u can also run an Hid in there which is fairly straight forward and easyly plug and played and u can have them as bright and in any color u want. then u can tint the light to manipulate light color as well i have mine painted the jdm yellow so to speak. Just be creative and ull come up with something cool. mine for reference feel free to pm ive been doing custom lights for a while so i can help u with alot of questions if u have them.
  3. im buying sensen struts and shocks so thats not a big concern on that part but thank for that i didnt know they had r50 springs
  4. damn summit racing is expensive looks like there 10 bucks for a pair at rock auto.
  5. oh please tell where i can buy the r50 springs withought going to rocky road cause they are annoying me so badly
  6. Cant stop looking for parts for my truck its a sickness i swear!!

    1. nunya

      nunya

the sickness is not finding them!

  7. and thats why i want to know if there for sale as a pair or indivually from rocky road cause if the hd springs are 150 for the front and 150 for the rear that would be alot cheaper than 4x4 parts
  8. i got a question since rocky road doesnt like to answer the phone lately are the ome coils sold in pairs or each cause it sause each but in the drop down for pricing it says 150 pr and i was under the assumption the pr stood for "pair' im just cxonfused since im going with the ome lift
  9. now that is an idea that i would have never thought of im gonna talk to my machinist at work and get him on this for my truck
  10. So my 01 r50 just suddenly developed the p1320 code with no other cylinder numbers and i know that this is the part where i spend a few hours annoying replacing all the spark plugs and coil packs and cleaning the maf and yada yada now my think was i took it to the dealer and they said the reason why i have this code is because i have aftermarket coil packs on my engine. i have never heard of such things and i was wondering if anyone else had experienced this problem cause looking at how it is each coil pack from the stealership is about 86 for cheapest and a whole set of 6 aftermarket is about 160 if anyone has used aftermarket coil packs can u chime in and let me know if i should get oem or are the aftermarkets fine. Thanks in advance for any helpful responses guys.
  11. i can do the strut insert myself it was more of the collar i would need more than anything and what did u use to actually cut out the original strut just just have done this for mustamngs and lexuses to lower them never to raise it
  12. is there anyway u would be willing to do this for other memebers this a great idea. And if anyone has anymore questions about the top strut hole wideing contact maximum motorsports they make mustang racing products and actually do this for there line of koni and bilstein shocks the make in house to adjust the camber.
  13. yeah i just dont want to replace the springs and struts they only have 800 miles on them its there any adverse affect of having the front lift higher than the rear backwards rake so to speak i just have always liked the prerunner stance and wondered if it would hurt the truck
  14. Well i need a good idea for a lift im trying to keep it as cost effective as possible and i know this subject has been beat to death but i cant find anything on the set of questiions i have. So first question i only want aout an inch or so just want to clear the tires i want cause i dont do anything i would consider serious just some light trails. for the rear i think is pretty much taken care of a coil spring isolater seems like the simplest way to go the problem i have is the front i dont want to do anything with changing springs all struts springs and bushing are brand new from the dealer(previous owner not me) and i like the way it rides now. I have seen the nx4 strut spacers and they look like a good way to go, my only thing is i havent seen them not on a truck without lift springs yet. But is there any other way i have seen the snake racing ones online but i havent seen a review on them. I also was told to look into a trim packer kit as those maybe the cheapest way basically a poly strut spacer are there any for our trucks i saw one listed for an OMU lift kit but cant find anything on installing it without the lift does anyone have any input on these any info would be appreciate it.
