if you remove the engine you can remove the cat too !

For those times you need to start the truck without stepping on the clutch, like say your on a hill holding the brake and can't take your foot off of it

The lights look like Hella 210's or 220's, they use white covers with Black lettering and are the same size as the OEM Bosch that come on those light bars.

Not sure on the tweeters but for the dome light I would take the whole thing down and check where the plug attaches too, make sure any metal contacts that are riveted to the plastic base are tight and there is no corrosion on the top. Not sure what the switch uses to go from "On, OFF, & Door" on the PF but on my sentra there is a small metal ball, looks like a BB or ball bearing that moves when you move the switch and makes contact on different metal contacts, mine was dirty and the switch itself the pivot was bad so I had to replace the pivot with a bolt and nut. But again not sure how the PF does the switching inside.

Well You should just put the grounds where ever you can, you know there was one from the exhaust heat shield to the body, I know you have headers but I'm sure yo can find some spots to use. Marked some bolts or threaded holes you could use, the mark on the pass. valve cover there is a bolt that holds the bracket that those plugs attach too you could use:

I have a shovel I use at work that was specially designed for digging in mud, as you found out, when you go to take a shovel full of mud out of the ground you get suction that makes it difficult, we deal with this all the time repairing water main breaks. Here is what I have, works great no suction, They don't give them to us, I won my first one, the original company that invented it used to give one a way every month, than my wife bought me one, works great and even works good in sand, very light same principle applies to the shovel in mud as to tires in mud, but a tire is bigger than a shovel so a lot of suction resisting trying to be pulled out, LOL

I think at that point the rear axle was probably sitting on the ground, too far stuck to put it in 4wd and get out most likely. Mud creates a lot off suction that's why you need a winch rated more than what the truck weighs

how did the brake shoes look? The drums could be past their minimum life, the specs on when to replace it should be molded into the metal

Usually Nissan uses one harness for all models, but even if the one that doesn't have the power items you want to switch over, you could pull the harness out of the donor truck and use it in the newer truck.

not frustrated at all, trying to help you so you don't get frustrated LOL I know ( as many others probably know too) that having to re-do the same job over and over is a pain in the butt, we all would like to replace a part one time and be done, starters for example, you know they are a pain to remove and re-install, after getting the old one out and new one in you expect it to work when it doesn't you get pissed off that a new product doesn't work and now you have to do it again, it would be nice if everything worked perfect the first time, product failures such as this happen we all know this, but replacing a product that shouldn't fail and should just come out and go back in and be done is nice, who wants to do the same job multiple times, not me. If you don't mind doing this good for you As for shocks, I'm not saying Rancho shocks are the best, I've used them with no problem, I've had Gabriel Silver E adjustable shocks in the past, no longer made, same company made them and Rancho at the time, my wife had Trailmaster shocks in her Toyota that were fine, my stubborn neighbor now has Bilstein, which I think are one of the best out there, it all comes down to preference and cost and how much you want to spend, sure a nice set of Fox racing shocks would be nice to have but who has the money for those !! My neighbor is one of those who "have to do things different than everyone else", than he has a harder time with everything he tries to do, takes him twice as long to find the parts he needs to do what he has to do, etc. Nothing wrong with doing your own thing, AT ALL go for it HOO RAY !! BUT: Wanting to try a shock that no one else has, or a tire, or a susp. lift, etc, even if you get your money back each time, is not worth the time and labor it would normally take the average person, to just do it once. It's your truck, your choice, your money, your time, do what you wish, have fun, and good luck with your second or third or fourth shock choice, hope you find one you like, usually when multiple people recommend a product is because they have experience with that product and know it is a good product.

My temps gauge was sitting a little higher today, after I replaced the plug wires, cap and rotor, I started the engine and the temp gauge seemed like it was not moving at all so I pulled the connector off the sender and than pushed it back on to make sure t was making good contact, than it started to move and ended up a little higher than in my picture above.

Just a heads up as I just told another member that did not know this, if your sunroof is loose or lifts when driving, you can adjust the latch so it closes tighter. Just press the buttons near the latch like you were going to remove the glass and take the metal part that bolts thru the glass out of the latch, than remove the one Phillips screw that holds the black plastic cover onto the latch, under the plastic cover you will find 2 bolts that hold the latch part to the roof, the holes in the latch are oblong so you can loosen the bolts and move the latch, to make it close tighter you move the latch part towards the rear. After you do this, put the cover back on, and clip the glass part of the latch back into the body half, and try closing the sunroof, it should be tighter.

So your truck has rear drum brakes? After you adjusted the star wheel, is there any drag on the drum when you turn the tire? There should be a little, even if you adjust it too much after driving a short time it should be good.
