I don't know if any aftermarket companies make these parts for the Nissan, but when my buddies shifter had a lot of play and wouldn't go into all the gears I found a company that made the parts out of Delrin, after installing the parts it was perfect again, the truck was a Tacoma though.

the only stupid question is one that doesn't get asked -
Good deal !

So here are the OP pictures, first one is his EGR valve showing that BPT part on top: this is the part they sent him, must have been boxed wrong as he did order the correct part number:
-
they are 10MM, the bolt heads rust over time and may loose some metal, but they are 10's
-
Sounds like a call to Rockauto is in the works, think they should cover any cost and ship it out to you ASAP !
-
Where is that BPT valve? do not see it on mine, just looked. Guess it's a CA thing.
-
I believe to remove the race, you just use a punch and hammer it out from the inside.
-
I just looked at 5 JDM engines for sale on E-bay and online and all of them have the Federal style EGR valve.
-
This is the federal, auto trans EGR from the rockauto site: This is the CA, auto trans EGR from rockauto site, I see the extra pipe fitting: Did you order part number EGV445? That is the second pic part number, see if on the top of the new EGR if it has this number on the sticker - V17-028 My 94 is a Federal truck and the JDM engine was from Japan so they probably don;t use the CA style emissions over there either, probably why mine bolted right up, your truck is a CA truck, the JDM engine you bought may have had the egr switched over being it was in CA, or it wasn't a JDM engine ???

You shouldn't have to take the seat out to read the codes, normally I just slide it all the way forward and go in from the back door. The ECU should have a screw. here is my e-mail - ahardb0dy@aol.com

I think I used the wrong word when I said the race, I was referring to the inner and outer part of the bearing as seen in this picture below: If there is too much play in the two parts that make up the bearing I meant to say
-
before you took it apart did you check to see if there was play when trying to move the tire up and down? The bearing will have slight play when in the race but usually you want to look for any signs of burnt marks or scratches in the rollers, if you have it apart already might as well just replace them and know they are good.

Disregard my heat question, figured it out, heat comes on when the rear defroster is turned on. Did you check with Rob on the forum to see if he could get you the OEM mirror?
-
do the heated mirrors have a switch to turn the heat on? or are they always on?
-
Rockauto is showing the power non heated mirror for the left side unless you only want an OEM one.
-
can you take a pic and e-mail it to me? if so I will post it. Did you reset the codes after the mechanic worked on the truck?

Nothing, didn't dismount the tire. I have dismounted/mounted tires in the past and in those situations I used, a bottle jack on the side of the tire, jacked up against the bottom of the frame of the pathfinder to break the bead loose, than used large screwdrivers to remove the tire from the wheel, mounting the tire using same large flat screwdrivers.

Changed the oil and filter in the pathfinder, replaced the connector on the oil pressure sender wire ( old one fell off !), replaced the old Dick Cepek double relay for the headlights with 2 single relay's. The old double relay uses a weird fuse inside, did not want next owner to have any trouble if the fuse blew. Changed the oil and filter in my sentra, checked the tire pressure and added air as needed, checked the tire pressure in the Mazda 3, low tire pressure light came on again, was on last week and one tire was low, same tire was low today, pulled the tire and found a nail in it, of course was out of tire plugs so had to run up to Ace Hardware and buy a pack, back home, plugged the tire and re-installed, should be good now.

Just found out the wheels I had the "batwing" style, is an AR41 and as was posted already the OP wheel is an AR08, Guy I e-mailed from American Racing just wrote me back,
-
Those wheels on the Camaro are the same as the wheels I had on my Old hardbody at one point, traded them for a set of 15 x 10 solid aluminum wheels, no more brake dust !

Drove it to work and back.
