Yeah I see your point kingman, There are A$$HATS out there. Like the panel beaters that stole one of my Aunty's tyres. I fitted 4 of the same Firestone tyres, the next time I saw her she had 3 and the guys Casey T took his Pathy to and they stole his oil relo kit and messed with it. Yes I worked at Firestone You will find rotten apples in any basket I NEVER ripped anyone off. Reason: That is some one's Sister, Mother, Brother, Uncle and I'm damn sure I wouldn't rip off my own family. I can't stand hearing about people being ripped off Karma should bite them in the ACE though I had a guy come in one Saturday with a split radiator hose, right on closing time. He was an out of towner, no one to help him. We only did tyres and stuff like that. A mate of mine was also in, so I got him to take this guy to the local parts shop, didn't have one in stock. I sliced about 2" off the hose (Split was close to the end) Stuck it back on. He was over the moon. On the other side, I was (Politely) called a con man by one guy. I suggested to him that he should change all 4 tyres on his "FULL TIME 4WD" Subaru. I said "It makes no difference to me, I'm not on commission. I just think that an extra $400 is cheaper than a re-coned transfer box" He got 2 tyres.........THE NEXT NIGHT HE WAS BACK To get 2 more. He'd rung the dealer and found out that running 2 new tyres and 2 worn tyres wasn't good and would MOST LIKELY cost $2500 WHEN the transfer box went

Just curious...how do you guys refer to this site?
TerranoNZ replied to jpawela's topic in General Forums
To be honest "Nipora" A while ago I met Kiwipete and he called it "enpora" Guess it depends on where you went to school -
I bought a H/B puller and the bolts were all to big. I found in my nuts and bolts containers 2 PERFECT bolts. (see pic) IIRC they are out of a Subaru timing cover I fitted a bigger washer to them too. The 1st timing belt I did I used an old brake pad and drilled 2 holes in it

Advice for oil pressure gauge install
TerranoNZ replied to icemonkey's topic in 90-95 WD21 Pathfinders
Hold fire IIRC on the VG there are 2-4 threaded holes with bolts in them down on the block (One hole has the oil sender switch in it) I tapped into the front one to get my water temp and I'm pretty sure one of the others is an oil line. So you could just put it straight into that I'll take some pics in daylight, if I remember -
I bought it for $850, but I wanna keep it I'm looking at another, but it's not a "Widebody" How's the hunt going?
-
Hey Dowser, was it these flares you wanted to know about? I just bought this 93 "Widebody" (see thread) http://www.nissanpathfinders.net/forum/index.php?showtopic=20360 $300ishNZ each though

WD21 OWNERS: What drive train/model trim do you have?
TerranoNZ replied to Precise1's topic in General Forums
Ditto Voted with the 91's spec as it's a Pathfinder. What about 4.8? or do you not want Diesels included? 88 Terrano = LE (IIRC)/Auto/Open/4.6 94 Terrano = ??/Man/LSD/4.8 I'll try and find out the 94's model. I wanted to do a similar thing but with damn near everything. ie: I beam or tube trailing arms and mirrors. That sort of thing Just no time to do it. -
They all come crawling back How you been keeping Rami?
-
Here's some engine bay pics off a local auction site
-
Spose it kinda makes sense, if you look at the window line of a 4dr the bottom stays straight, but on a 2dr the 3/4 widow's bottom line is higher.

WHAT THE DEUCE?
-
Sorry, before my time Try here if your just looking for ideas on a build, but If you want to buy anything they are in NZ. http://www.trademe.co.nz/Browse/SearchResu...der=expiry_desc You can pic up anything here from To TJM
-
You mean yours looks like this one Madcat? Came out of my 88
-
What about 2dr to 4dr, as no one has said that yet. Don't buy 4dr ones....they are longer than 2dr ones I have a spare pair of both
-
I believe 4.63 is the factory ratio for a petrol Pathfinder As for the Disc brake All the Pathfinders/Terrano's I've had have Disc's I'm sure someone will know though
-
I heard that, the guy loading my VG33 in didn't seem to give a crap and scratched my tint too *Also points*
-
I think I've got a couple of spare one's from a 4dr...Wonder what shipping would be from New Zealand to Norway
