I believe it's 560k ohms. I just soldered like 5 together to add up. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

If you're supercharged you should have it. If not just do the resistor mod. It will hurt the mileage even if it isn't a SC model. I've done it on a couple xterras. Made a huge difference in power on my 02 SC. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

The timing should be 10 or 15 degrees at idle, yours is showing 12. While probably not causing an issue, may want to sort it out. I forget which year it went from 15 to 10.

Replacing Injectors and checking harness
adamzan replied to awyisss's topic in 90-95 WD21 Pathfinders
The injectors should all be around 12-14 ohms if i remember right. Anything outside of that, is junk. -
Don't over-tighten it. The torque spec is only like 43 ft-lbs You need to read the book called; "The Subtle Art of not giving a fskc". My parents have a 2nd gen xterra. It's okay...Yeah it's got good power, but it is just as bad, if not worse on gas than my 1st gen.
-
If you can, find a supercharged one. The non supercharged are just as slow as the pathfinder and worse on gas...My SC xterra gets 20mpg and it has 60 more HP than my wd21.

Where to go to get a trusted service on my Pathfinder
adamzan replied to Timothy48's topic in General Forums
What needs to be rebuilt? Ball joints should be fairly simple for any competent garage...Why does the engine and trans need a rebuild? Auto or Manual? Does it use oil or show other signs of failing? Mine has 270,000 on it and it still runs great. -
I could use a few odds and ends...When are you getting rid of it? Perhaps a trip up to Montreal is in order...

Relace Starter Motor in WD21 for the real world.
adamzan replied to vf24renegade's topic in 90-95 WD21 Pathfinders
Yeah...I have never done that on the pathfinder at least. And my engine is going on half a million km.. -
picked up new rubber today:

If you're really getting rid of it...Sell me that power antenna fender! I need one...
-
I've got a half decent 95 for sale. A little rust here and there but the frame is good as it is from Victoria BC...I was going to keep it but I kind of need the money. It's a 5 speed and has a new JDM engine that another member and I installed...The one I drove out west and to Halifax last year!

Tire choices for original wheels? 1992 SE Advice? Thanks.
adamzan replied to 92SEPathFindr's topic in 90-95 WD21 Pathfinders
Yeah if you're not wheeling it all the time or it is a daily driver, no point in MT tires. I am picking up some KM2s tomorrow to replace the duratracs I hate. -
Yeah my dad has a 2011 and they just paid like 2 grand to get that done. Their's has about 180,000km on it. Bring it on down here and I'll fix it for you.
-
Good choice. If it isn't a DD, an MT is the best choice.

Those look great...Might get a set for my Xterra. -
Most of the Canadian part store chains don't turn rotors/drums anymore...

Is there any play anywhere when you move the wheel? The bearings be really loose?

Cruise Control Transplant 94WD21 to 95 WD21
adamzan replied to OH6PILOT's topic in 90-95 WD21 Pathfinders
I think the plugs should be there. The wiring for most options is all there. Since you'll have a donor truck any sub harnesses, you'll already have. You'll need to swap steering wheels, and add all the components like the brake switches, control module in the back, pump, throttle cable, etc.- 1 reply

It looks like some ham fisted moron probably broke the plug and siliconed it in place.

Will Rough Country D21 2" lift UCA's work with a Pathfinder?
adamzan replied to Backpacker's topic in The Garage
Could be. I've only ever had the control arms. Rugged rocks sells them separate from hardbody lift kit, just for pathy owners. -
It would seem that way, but I've been here for 2 weeks and the family (that lives here) is starting to wear me down, lol.
