  1. You also want to change the crank seal and the coolant recover hose. I was quoted at 850 for the t-belt, tensioner, cam and crank seals, thermostat, coolant recover hose, spark plugs and complete coolant flush. I did it myself for around 375 bucks (would have been cheaper but I broke my crankshaft pulley Cost like 200 bucks!!)
  2. That looks really good!! I am curious of price for something like thta.
  3. If you can manage to get in touch with 98silverpathy he knows the website. He bought mine from there then sold them to me because he was selling his truck.
  4. I thought that I wanted some white-faced but now that I have these and they are totally different I dig em. I ride with my buddy in his maxima with the usual white-faced which I really like during the day but when you turn the lights on they look kinda crappy and boring.
  5. I know exactly what you mean REd. That is kinda why I only replaced the two big guages, I thought having all 4 would be too much and too distracting. When I first turned on my lights and it was dark outside I practically got sunburnt!! They are freakin bright and very distracting due to the brightness!! I just dimmed them a bit and so far I truly like them. I will update this thread once I have had them longer than a week. I really wish I could gat a set in a dark maroon.
  6. Well I finally got around to puting my guages in a week ago then today finally put it all back together. All in all it was easy. I cracked the clear lense in front of the guages in the top right corner but now that it is all back togehter you can not see it so that worked out good. The install was easy except when I put my needles back on at first they did not register correctly but after driving down the road and adjusting them at the same time I got them all working correctly again. I chose not to replace the fuel and temp guage because I thought it would be "too much". I think I made the right choice with just replacing the two big guages. I am really happy with them so far.
  7. Well I would like to say I will be at Gonemoab07 but with the wife and kid it is kinda hit or miss whether I can get away for extended periods of time. I do have some more vacation time I need to take though.....
  8. I thought it was something about the gearing in the tranny??? Kinda like a Low-LOW.
  9. The tach problem sounds like the needle has been forced backwards. I just replaced my guages with aftermarket ones and after taking off my needles I put them back on and they did not work :X The tach was maxed out, and my speedo just did not move. so I had to drive around while turnign them clockwise until they started working again.
  10. Depending on where you live I might add some kind of recovery strap. which could also be used for towing. And X2 on the blanket and first aid kit. And a couple of screwdrivers besides what's on the multi-tool. my .02
  11. WTF? That is some serious code. just add black screen to make matrix like effects.
  12. Sorry I do not know how to post up links yet, but all you have to do is go to flurl.com then in the search box enter: cool nissan commercial. Maybe someone who goes to it can set up a link. I wish I knew how.
  13. Pezzy I think your idea for the banner is outstanding! It has my vote. Redpath88: your is really good too but I do like the incorporating of TOTM.
  14. The idea and the actual design are cool but I think the background of the logo should be mud instead of gravel. The gravel looks like pavement therefore it says mall-crawler. But that is just my opinion.
  15. Nicely done Dan, Now on your way back home from AZ stop by here in CO and help me install one. Ok?
  16. I know that Max Stryker is building some "homegrown" kits I think he is using PVC not positive though. He says he will include measurment templates for you too. sounds pretty good, if you are worried about the look of PVC then just get the kit then get some other kinda tubing and route it up yourself. just my .02 I will probably get one eventually but I have to figure out a way to save some money first.
  17. I'd like to see an R-50 on that volvo frame deally.
