I'm not exactly sure about how it is on the 97's but in my 88 the back cushins pull up and the tool bag is under there. It is possible if you aren't the original owner that a previous owner removed the tool bag...

I was searching the web for nothing really specific just info about pathy's. Eventually found nissanpathfinders.com and from there the forums. And from there the poho thread! Haven't looked back since.

Yes you have to drop the exhaust in order to drop the pan. That's why I took mine to the dealership to have the trans serviced.

I got this idea from Four Wheeler: take a length of chain. Weld chain to frame. Weld several links of the chain together at the bottom. TA DA! Now you have a step/stirrup that won't get hung up on obstacles (well at least not as easily as solid steps) and look unique.

I'm using some rubber material that they had at my local orchard supply. I think it was in the flooring department cost me like $20 after tax for enough material to do both sides. And yah I know Mr. P I done been real lazy. I was all hot to trot after I recieved your tracings but then I didn't have an exacto knife. And then it rained alot and then school and work and now it's raining a lot again. Sigh maybe I'll have them done by summer.

I think what he's trying to say is he wants to install an Engine Oil cooler as well as an oil filter relocation kit. He already has installed an external transmission cooler, and from the sounds of it has bypassed the stock trans cooler. Personally I don't think the engine oil cooler is all that nessecary I think you will get plenty of cooling just with an oil filter relocation kit. You can purchase oil filter relocation kits from Summit Racing. And they use Ford filters AFAIK.

Fender liners or gap gaurds is what they're called. Or rubber bit that keeps the engine from getting muddy works too. My materials and tracings are still just sitting in the garage waiting for me to cut them out and put them on the pathy...

Well I was going to take a picture and post it, but I seem to have lost the semi part of the car transport. I still have the yellow trailer (although the ramp for the second level has long since broken and been lost to the sands of time...) I still have a bunch of micro machines in my closet somewhere...

A dry rag. Usually ends up being a leftover napkin from a meal. That and a vacuum. Vacuum usually happens once a year. Dry rag happens whenever I notice something is particularly dirty.

With the pathy you wouldn't notice much if any difference in gas mileage between an AT and HT 31x10.5 tire. The real difference would be in road noise, although I'v heard that the Yoko AT's are pretty darn quiet. You will notice a difference in mileage between your current tire and the 31's though.

Definatly the starter. Give it a good whack with a hammer and you'll get a couple more starts out of it, but it needs to be replaced pronto.

Nah should look fine. You'll need to modify your brush gaurd or that WILL look tacky.

That sounds like a broken timing belt to me! Unfortunatly that probably means terminal engine damage. If you think you're up to it I'd replace the engine, check local engine importers and wrecking yards. Good luck!

BAKA! A mere timing belt change doesn't call for a skill upgrade! You must first completely dissasemble and then reassemble the entire engine, blindfolded, with one hand tied behind your back!

Those already are illegal in Cali. Not allowed to show light anywhere except for: headlights, turn signals, brake lights, and running lights (although I think those have to be factory installed). Light also has to conform to specific hues, IE no white light (except for back up lights) from the rear of the vehicle. -thnkboutit-

How do you make money? Simple peeps peep your blinging rims and throw money at you assuming you'v got illegal substances. You keep said money and drive away (hope you upgrade your horsepower and brakes cuase those things are going to wreak havoc with your unsprung weight). I can't believe someone hasn't blasted Luker for using FRAM filters yet... Personally I never had any problems with FRAM filters so I won't blast ya! I really need to do this, I have seriously had enough of trying to get to the filter in the stock location.
