  1. These are pretty close, have been told they are called either Apache or Phantom by Mullins (CSA), but not sure which one exactly. There is a mag place not far from my place, I have emailed them to identify them and get a price, will post up as soo as I know anything.
  2. Ok, I posted the pick up on a local forum, I have been told that they are an old ROH or Speedy wheel that is no longer in production, they come up every now and then on Ebay or in the local classified paper. Another bloke said his old man has the same rims on his Landcruiser and was going to have a look at them, as soon as I know something for sure I will post it up.
  3. Yep, Terrain definitely looks like Oz, I will keep an eye out down here, if I see the rims I will try to get some info.
  4. Awesome, got to love getting much more than you anticipated.
  5. Unfortunately not, the criteria would have been set for a long time, it wouldnt be fair on people that waited for the full year if it was changed now. I will be waiting patiently to become "official".
  6. I will make a few calls in the morning, if they exist I will be able to get them. If not, I can get one of our fabrication suppliers in Taiwan to have a look, but not sure about what the costs would be ther.
  7. Yeah, switch or wiring, if the motor is working when winding down it shoud be fine. You could unplug the motor and test the wires with a multimeter to confirm, but I would leave the motor as a last resort.
  8. Top job fellas, well done. Price is cheaper than Dan listed, bit still 4x price of this mod.
  9. Honestly, the best ground is to run it back to the -ve terminal on the battery. That is what I will be doing when I get my roof basket done, lights up top with a terminal block in the back, heavy duty cable running from the battery to the block in the back.
  10. I asked lord Google, he showed me the way. The Oz based pathy site is ok, but doesnt really deal with the D21 much, not so useful to me, so I had to find another alternative.
  11. Crap dude, that sucks. $12 for cut & painted coils seems pretty cheap, whats the secret project?
  12. Here in Oz we have an insurance company who specialises in enthusiasts. they will cover almost any modification as long as you are a member of a car club.
  13. Sorry bud, cant really tell from the pick, I will try to get my head under the bonnet of mine tomorrow after work to see if I can see where oil might come from around there.
  14. I get about 650-700km out of a tank, my wife gets less than me (not sure how). Gotta love the TD
  15. Another option, of the Oz spec Mitsubishi Triton
  16. They look pretty standard, if you can get me the actual size, I would be able to have a handful in the mail this weekend.
  17. Do you know the actual specs of the fasteners? I may be able to help out there as we us stainless steel fastener suppliers at work and I can get them at a massive discount. Just need to know the actual thread specs and the stainless grade you are after.
  18. Jason, post up a pic of the leak. Or swing by my place on your way to Timms on the weekend.
  19. Y61 Patrol scoop? Not a cheap option, but would look good.
  20. Another possibility, the Terrano II scoop
  21. I have a TD Terrano, but I have no scoop. Havent seen any in Oz wit hthe scoop either, might be a euro thing.
  22. I was thinking the same thing this morning, but thought I wouldnt in good taste. At least no one was hurt. My brother had a Holden Ute when he was younger, someone tried to pinch his rims but they must have been spooked, the next day he was doing 60km/h down a fairly busy road when he saw one of his rear wheels pass him, luckily there wasnt any weight in the back of it, so it didnt damage anything
  23. Definitely something else up with this one, no-way all 6 can drop that quickly. I will say battery also, either put it on charge overnight or pinch a battery out of another vehicle to test it again.
  24. You could start here to get a quote http://www.4xshaft.com/order.html
  25. Miata similar to this http://www.bulletcars.com/cars/ss/
