I wouldn't trust J-B or any other epoxy in a water jacket. If you know a skilled welder with TIG gear they may be able to fix it.

The headlight washer bottle on your 93 is in a different location to my 93, mine is in the front of the engine bay on passenger side. yours is a +10/93, with the round dash I see, they may have relocated it.

If its the factory rocker switch that activates it, it may pay to check it with a multi-meter. I had to pull mine apart the other day as the contact inside the switch must have been arcing which resulted in a poor connection and eventually the switch simply wouldn't work. After pulling it down I simply gave it a light rub with some fine sandpaper and re-assembled. Works a treat again.

If you really don't want to use the poly blocks, another option would be aluminium. I would definitely stay away from steel, most pathys are already underpowered enough, without adding any extra weight. Snake Racing here in Oz do Aluminium blocks, not sure on price. Cyril has them on his truck.

If its the light on the dash, you will find it will be a loose connection at the switch itself which is located on the handbrake lever under the centre console, mine every now and then will play up (light doesnt come on at all), I can reach down the gap in the centre console and fiddle with the wire and it comes good.

Here in Oz you will pay around $550 for a Terrano Alty, even a JY job you will pay $330 (I have a buddy who just had to replace his)

I'd go with stuck/dislodged tumblers, the lock to keep the key in should hold it all the way in, not allow you to pull the key 1/2 way out. The deadbolt on my front door at home did the same thing, ended up having to pull the thing apart just to get the key out. I have a buddy who is a locksmith, I have sms'd him, if I hear back I will let you know what he suggests.

Nah mate, its all good. I will add that to the collection of electrical problems I have to sort. Starting with lighting, have to hook up relays to hi & lo beam, then spotlights.
