  1. That should fit a 91, they didn't change the mounts till 93.
  2. Did the same thing today. Had never replaced my stock liners after my 2" BL so I bought some black runner frome Lowes, removed my stock ones and traced the top of them on the runner, then slid it down 2" and traced the bottom. cut them out, punched the holes and put them on with the factory plugs. 4' of 36" wide runner, about $7.50 after tax. -thnkboutit-
  3. Not really, Sway-A-Way is the name brand for aftermarket T-bars.
  4. And I did, $18 for a red one ($5 for color ) . Hope to get it on after the rain stops.
  5. True, but when it is a part made for a vehicle, there are liability issues to think about as well. Not to mention the error here would have been easy to spot if they just threw a straight edge on them like the people that bought them did.
  6. Looks like they might have been pulled out of whatever jig they use before laying the final beads and heat warped screwing with their alignments (or someone knocked the jig outa wack and no one caught it). Either way, makes you wonder about quality control if they were sent out like that.
  7. If it is the same as a pre 93 than there is just a single bulb at the front under the selecter cover. Like 88 said, have to pull the console out to get that cover off.
  8. Mine was bolted from the begining, only thing I zip-tie is wires. Most things get self tapping bolts or screws. I'm gonna get a red cutting board for my 93's Tranny protection
  9. I did that in my 88, they are a snug fit width ways (guess the fat people buy Maximas), and I had to make a few mods to make the rails on them work in the Pathy. But they are comfortable.
  10. Oh, no...not again.....who let Rookie on here
  11. Looks good, but I'll stick with plastic
  12. What was peetersons talking about a Jeep Liberty? Our front diffs are strong enough, like everyone else pointed out, it's the rest of the attached parts that are weak.
  13. Could be, but shims are a normal part of fine tuning the alignment for caster and camber.
  14. Heh, started poking at the rust on my 93 in that area (fixed once 3 years ago), it looks a little worse than that, guess I didn't kill all the cancer so it came back. Guess I found my next project on that truck
  15. When I serviced mine it was hung up on the exhaust, but my seal was fine, so I pulled the magnet and cleaned it, then with pan hengin out I could reach all the bolts in the filter. Put the new filter in, replaced the magnet and bolted it back up.
  16. Not wrong at all, I'm sure there would have been more than enough pictures of the newborn without your camera there
  17. In my 93 I average about 270 as far as my trip reads(about 17.5 gallon fill up), but like Eli said speedo is off (not factory, but I upsized tires), it only reads about .85miles per actual mile. So I average about 18mpg. I keep track with my GPS when on long trips. (Also, back to the speedo being off, my 88 XE was off with stock tires, but dead on when I put the 31s on it )
  18. That''s where the fiberglass comes in
  19. I think I made an error, I'm thinking that my fan actually does around 1500cfm . I think I got the part # confused with the cfms (been 2 years since I installed the thing ). It's one of the largest available, a 16" Hayden. All I have is my stock temp guage, but it can cool it from half way up the guage down to 1/4 on the guage in about 1 min.
  20. :o Don't do that!!!!! Mink oil is a water repelent, it can stain your seat and your clothes not to mention it can cause the leather to dry and crack in the sun (just think about why you don't put butter on a sunburn). -thnkboutit-
