  1. How do you take apart the CD? To get it out, there are two screws on the bottom of the surround/bezel(?) around the stereo, climate control and that... remove those, and the rest is held in by clips... they're somewhat tough (I found) to pry out... just take it easy, it should come. Then I believe there are a couple screws holding the deck in... should be pretty obvious once you have the surround off.\ (this is if the surround is one piece - see below for 2 pcs)
  2. Tell me you're gonna try at least. Not sure how much more the grille sticks out that the 99.5+ pathy's... but mine still has quite a bit of room. The antenna tab may have to go... I had to do that in order to close the hood on mine!!
  3. Yes, using specific phrases in quotes works, I also believe using things like + to ensure certain words are in the results.
  4. In general I don't mind... the snow doesn't concern me as much as the other drivers on the road. They scare me. Although driving in complete white out conditions scares the hell out of me!
  5. Wow, sorry to hear about the old pathy, it looks like it was in great shape. That after picture makes me sad. But YAY!! New to you R50!! Good luck with the mods!!
  6. When the relay for my fuel pump went, it would sometimes work, no issues at all, and other times I would have a hassle starting the truck. Sometimes it took a couple tries, others (*of course, when I was far from home) it would take a lot more tries to start. Just a suggestion.
  7. GoPathyGo has no profile comments yet. Why not say hello?

    So... hello.

  8. I picked up the kit from AC with the Bilstien/KYB's... as mentioned above, you may find it cheaper if you source the shocks/struts yourself. As for the bumper, ARB makes (made?) them for our trucks, as well as KMA. http://www.kenmtn.com/ A warning regarding KMA, they have really long lead times, and I have heard mixed reviews regarding quality. There's a pinned topic in the R50 section where members have posted what mods (lift) is on their truck, and what tires they have been able to fit - I would check that out.
  9. Hi Jim, I edited this and all the other similar threads you started to include a link to the original post about the member map. I have also locked all these topics. That way all questions and comments will live in one common thread.
  10. The rear end sliding out feeling (on dry roads) might be because of work rear control arm bushings. Mine does that too. When they get bad, some people report a 'death wobble' feeling on the highway. What a nice clean pathy!
  11. Some good info for someone shopping for an R50 pathy: (pasting article, incase the page goes MIA one day in the future)
  12. I think Bender sucks, if we are looking for honest opinions here. (buy he is a hell of a weld/fab guy)
  13. Princess Auto has it too, and likely cheaper. Put it towards the inside, so your legs dont hit it on the way out of the truck. (It's scratchy in shorts weather)
  14. I have something at home... I'll try to remember to look for you, but you may want to PM me or bump the thread in a couple days if I forget.
  15. You're not forgotten. RIP Packie88.

  16. Nice battle scars indeed. I am thankful for my sliders (and skids) everytime I wheel!!

    Don't they just come naturally?
