  1. Just moved these posts to their own thread. I know Silverton & nige both got emails as well.
  2. CHIAT Day is definitely Nissan's Marketing company - I worked with them at my last job.
  3. http://www.nissanpathfinders.net/forum/index.php?showtopic=5194 This is the how to for the WD21's... other than getting to the MAF, the cleaning procedure should be the same.
  4. Now we know why B drives with a helmet on.
  5. general stupidity... welcome to npora
  6. I **think** the Rocky-Road package includes spacers or something, which make up the difference... I found that confusing too.
  7. My gift to you: https://www.4x4parts.com/nissan/pathfinder-19962004-pathfinder-c-435_437_341_8.html
  8. I use the passenger side front tow loop in the front. I'm not sure why they suggest the passenger side, but to be safe, I have a shackle only on that side. Before I had the rear bumper I bought a hitch to use for recovery. I think it also saved my rear bumper from being ripped off off-road, as that hitch took a beating off many rocks!!
  9. They do, although, they don't look anything like the one in the picture. The one for the 00 - 01 (why they only list those years is odd to me) should fit your 98, however, you may end up with a gap between your grille, and the bumper, as the grilles on the 99.5-04 pathy's stick out further.
  10. This profile looks very suspicious to me.

  11. Privileges to whine about the cold temps reinstated.
  12. I'm sorry, but I think it's funny a guy from Los Angeles started this thread.
  13. Well, finding one - maybe one of these people who don't use theirs are willing to part with theirs? As for modifying... well, that could be fun...
  14. The Black Mustang Club had a similar issue when they created club calenders featuring pictures of members cars... turns out Ford was never behind the claim. http://allfordmustangs.com/articles/controversy-over-black-mustang-club-calendar-945.shtml http://media.ford.com/article_display.cfm?article_id=27542
  15. Unfortunately, our choices to buy mods like these suck in Canada... the cheapest places I have found for the WARN hubs are in the states (Amazon.com is one place). The hubs for an 01 will fit your 04. You have a couple of choices for lifts - OME (Old Man Emu) and AC (4x4 parts.com)... There are two threads in the Pinned Threads section (here, under R50's) to help you decide which lift. Again, I bought mine stateside (from AC).
  16. Here's a couple threads to help you out: http://www.nissanpathfinders.net/forum/index.php?showtopic=4990&st=0 http://www.nissanpathfinders.net/forum/index.php?showtopic=7192&st=0 Both from the R50 - Pinned Topics section.
  17. I tend to agree with XPLORX4's suggestion. Try it again, on a day where you definitely feel you are losing traction in 2wd (rear end sways out on turns)...
  18. I have a stock one (in case you didn't know Nissan makes them)...
  19. My basket was a decent price, I believe it is sold under the Coleman name in the states. Much cheaper than the Thule or Yakima baskets. That said, I got my (Thule) crossbars used... they wouldnt be cheap to buy new. Try craigslist for used items.
  20. WOT, if you have a Princess Auto near you, that would be the place to look.
