sure would of made the drive to work more entertaining!

  2. I still have mine on... I suppose it may have been helpful to have it off sometimes.. but I really haven't had issue with keeping it on. Congrats on the lift!
  3. I dont think there would be any issues with bore. The issue *might* be with offset.
  4. Good to hear from you Tex. Take care.

It makes me think of the Family Guy episode where the guy is starving and stuck on the frozen mountain top because he bit into a Peppermint Patty. :) Love that show...

      what you doin'?

  6. No need to reverse the truck. As mentioned above 2-4H, you can do while moving, which you have experienced. for 4H-4L, stop the truck, put the transmission in neutral, then shift the transfercase to 4L.
  7. I have a similar set up for my license plate. The maglight clips hold onto the TJM perfectly. Removing my license plate is part of the airing down and locking hubs ritual, then I wont lose my plate offroad. (Mud holes & water crossings like to eat them).
  8. Oh, nige. *has nothing nice to say*
  9. has sleep on her mind...

  10. What, no powdercoat nunya-pink? I chose powdercoat, black. I wish I had the cash to have mine powdercoated, one less thing to clean up every spring.
  11. Mine's a whip type too. Good thing too, I've had it bend right backwards into the truck when wheeling in tight places. They're quite bendy.
  12. That was also a member (in Canada) that made skidplates for our trucks, and sadly, life got in the way of his business. If you find a used set here in the buy & sell (They come up every now & then), they are good skidplates.

  16. There lies the issue with oil changes on my truck. I mutilate the bolts during wheeling season, and Simon curses every last one of them as he drills the broken ones out, taps new holes, and finds new bolts.
  17. Did you take it apart to see if maybe the parking brake is seized?
  18. I have often had dreams about work when I was on vacation. A few days away, and my subconscious starts stressing about what I am not working on.
  19. How do you get that from TooQForYou dreaming about a lift??
  20. Hahaha... you haz da mod-itis! I was just reminded I had a pathfinder dream last night... I had a new pathfinder, an R51. I had forgotten the dream entirely, until I was chatting with a friend who is trying to track down a batter drain issue... I mentioned that mine had that when the rear wiper borked out on me. Then I remembered the dream... the rear wiper in my dream worked. When I looked at the back window it was an R51. Oddness.
