  1. wheel 366 would be able to tell you better... i did my own honing and everything, no bore, cams er nothin. that's a stock motor. i have my other motor patiently waiting for me to upgrade with aftermarket stuff sly now.... i just need to win the lottery pssd ball park..... cams, bore, P & P, pistons, valves........ i'd say in the park of $1500 if you do it yourself...... having the heads done would be about $400 by themselves.. IF.. you supply the parts.... the more you can do yourself the better.. i priced out most everything ( i'll do the work myself) and it came to around $1000 :oops:
  2. check for a bad ground/loose cable. it's a common issue
  3. it should if it's the 6 lug... yota, chevy truck and i think dodge 6 lug are all the same fit........ i have chevy rims....

  15. have you slung any lucas fuel treatment in the tank? you said that gas was in there since last october...... sure all the sensors are working and plugged in correctly? nothin loose? have you tightened down the headers after runnin it? double checked your timing??

  17. UNDER the intake? you talkin about the plug wires? they should go THROUGH the top of the intake.... mr casey. what ARE you doing over there! lol. as mentioned above.. check yer gaps are all the same..... wires on tight and in the right place....

  19. glove box is the most popular spot (i can't.. graphic equalizer in there already).. some mount it on the roof between the driver & pass visors........ and some do relocate to the back but that's an awful long way...... also.. on our sand rails, alan (on the one that got stolen) got a waterproof electrical box and mounted it between the seats with all the switches in it (you can mount a waterproof box anywhere)
  20. check yer rear tranny mounts too.. sometimes they sag with age.. a few members have had this issue and did easy quick fixes. *also, check your motor mounts*...... yes.. i've had a tranny jump around cuz i had a broken motor mount (that was on my jeep)

  24. every vehicle needs maintenance/repairs. sell the pathy, you'll just have another used vehicle to maintain.. after losing $$ on the pathy and dumping more $$ into a new truck..... when you get to my level of "expenditure" ( i haven't even reached the suspension yet).. they you can whine alllllllll you want
