How ever you would like to do it, I just know people often ask for a design or mount set up and it is hard to get most of the time. I have an ARB bumper that I need to remove to install the winch, at which time, I need to try to dimension it as per requests. B

He is after the rear coils... I suspect this, even though I open my tool bag for them, etc. Maybe they get some sort of percentage if they 'sell' over a certain amount? I get eyeballed pretty hard and priced pretty high. B

LOL, I didn't quite mean to a 3D CAD level, but there's nothing wrong with that! If you like, I can help on the CAD front, I have a version that I need to prectice with. If nothing else, just the mounting portion and primary bends should be enough to get most people started. B

Ahh, interesting. I assume since it is listed as optional, it must be part of a tow package or something. I wonder why they discontinued them, it seems like a good idea. Thanks for clearing that up TC. Funny enough, I was going to set up a secondary cooler system almost identical to that on our R50, only with a filter also... B

IIRC the KMA to TAG was some sort of merger that may have added needed resources? It was discussed here along with a lot of KMA feedback, I just don't know where... B

I'm working on my in-laws 1998 SE and it has a tranny cooler that appears to be stock, or at least a factory/dealership option installed a long time ago. It uses all factory looking stamped sheet metal mounting brackets, factory type clamps and perfectly formed rubber lines that twist around the lower radiator hose. If the lines aren't crossed, it appears to go through the radiator cooler, then into the secondary cooler mounted on the bottom right in front of the A/C condensor. My wife's 1999.0 SE doesn't have one, but mount holes appear to be there. I have not heard of factory secondary tranny coolers and it has a Calsonic sticker on it. Do you have a 'stock' one and if so, what year and trim is your 1996-2000 R50? B

Good info about the clear water, makes sense. I'm thinking hook a line to the jug and hang it from the hood catch, let gravity give you a bit of flow, eh? LOL, that's what I meant... Hell, I have 2, one with the rubber wings still attached and flexible. A trail spare for something I don't use!! B

A skid plate would probably help a bit, especially if you make your own so it has wider coverage. You could weld wings to a stock one or make one from UHMW PE. There are threads here on that... B

I have not heard of a cover, probably because it could overheat if you do that. I recommend a can of WD40, spray it down when it does that. Do you have a skid plate and gap guards? B

Interesting, I would not have thought of that. I think I'd prefer new bushings but it might be adequate as a low budget stop gap measure or something to get you along until time or $ presents itsself. B

Are you putting in the Dana 44 in the rear for gearing changes because many people stick with the stock rear axle. B

In the Garage section, there is a pinned thread called FSM (Factory Service Manual) or something. Go there and download your own copy of the 1994 FSM; the dash won't be the same along with a few other things, but 95% of the important stuff is there including fluids and levels. B
