  1. If you do go and try those F350 Coils let me know what happens I would be very interested in going with bigger coils instead of the spring spacers. What coils would you use, the stock coils? I would assume any lift coil would be much too stiff
  2. Well crap, I guess i have to change me oil soon I wasnt thinking with ma dipstick
  3. All yall are being stupid. No im not going to take out the lift coils (maybe) The front Sub frame is dropped with with the 4 blocks, lowering the whole front diff, and hense the front CV shafts back to almost level. The front struts have the strut spacer to make up that idfference in 4 inches. meanwhile the engine, bolts to the subframe and on that the 4inch blocks have to be bolted on to and then the engine bolted on to, to bring the engine back to its stock location. The rear however, if i ever get a answer, or boston tries it, may be getting some F350 coils instead of using just the Ac coils with a spring spacer. Alex- I could sell you the rear coils and you could try to retro fit them on the struts to try and bring your ride back to level, if not give it some cali lean
  4. Lemme know what yall do as Im not to keen on the idea of a spring spacer either
  5. Yep well, my hubs have been unlocked for the majority of the time, i think that it was a stick that jammed up there and knocked it loose. And this is also glad I have a SFD because once installed, it will return the CV's back to their almost stock location
  6. Yep I still havent fixed it, cause its in a completely different state from me
  7. Just my .02 cents. I would reccomend that you stay away from wheel spacers and go with offset wheels. The main reason, theres just more that can go wrong with a wheel spacer. I was riding with a friend one day in his 10in. lifted truck, towing a trailer. When suddenly the wheel just came rolling by and we were grinding down the road on his rotor. Long story short the bolts that had held on the spacer sheared off. Causeing the wheel to come off. With a offset wheel the chances of your wheel coming all the way off are next to none. And as for tires the All Terrains would be perfect for the type of terrain your wheeling in.
  8. Yeah I need to do the Tcase, Tranny, and LSD soon ....and replace a CV....FML
  9. Yeah I get this with my VQ also...dont know what it is...never really looked into it, not too too bothersome to me
  10. How did he do that? The airbox is in the engine bay, and the snorkel goes on the outside and up, how did he mount it to avoid cutting steep?
  11. The only problem that I see with the Snorkel that AC sells is that there is an antena cutout on the wrong side. Also 385.00 for something that I might not even need. With a subframe drop and 33's, that would have to be some deep deep water
  12. Lookin good, Just be careful with that tire rubbing the strut, I would get some offset wheels If I were you.
  13. I would say that the ride is most def more truck like, but I like that, and it actually feels like you can control the pathy alot more precisely. As per the wheels I have the AC lift installed, and I am still running stock wheels, but with the same size tires that I have stock. If you get bigger tires yes, you will most likely need new wheels.
  14. Thanks for all the info! Ill be looking into this shortly
  15. Could yall perhaps go more into exterior parts like bumpers, sliders, skids, tire carriers. There just arent enough options out there, except for the 1200 dollar ARB Bull Bar nd sketchy making of a KMA Bumper. I guess this could be nitpicking but just a idea for a mid priced but simple bumper, and other R50 accessories
  16. I am also wondering about this because when I listen to the radio its not as loud as when I plug in my mp3 player through the casette reader, also the turn dial doesnt work and I have to use the steering wheel controls. So I was wondering if I could just get a new faceplate or if I have to get a whole new setup. Keep in mind i Have a 01 LE 3.5
  17. I have one in my garage right now, I wonder if my mom would let me "borrow" the motor
  18. http://www.nissanpathfinders.net/forum/index.php?showtopic=22578
  19. Yeah that would be sick to build up a motor
  20. Okay going to do this job soon , and go for a VH45 like tmorgan4
  21. Put up pics when you are done. Where in so-cal are you?
  22. I do believe that 20mpg is possible, but not with my driving style, and the soon to be installed SFD, 33's, and Custom Cow Plow
