  1. Im going to step in for Alex here and correct your spelling, its LYING And secondly http://npora.ipbhost.com//index.php?showto...22894&st=40
  2. True the extra money would be great for the pathy, but then you also risk damaging the pathy. And thats my only vehicle right now my DD, so if i had the money I would buy a Jeep I mean you wont be afraid to beat it off road. Hell when we went and picked the thing up and got it back to his place the first thing we did was to go and get a sledgehammer and bang out some dents thats the kinda things you can do with a vehicle like that. And also you can have alot more fun off road with that then a IFS Pathy IMO. Although that XJ is not insured and has to be trailered everywhere LOL
  3. Hey now you gotta admit, any one of yall would love to have that thing!
  4. Why would you do that, a XJ is always a good platform to go off of. A friend of mine just recently purchased a 93 XJ witht a great running 4.0 HO for 800 bucks. All he needed was a tcase and front drive shaft, and for under 1k had a working SFA wheeling rig. Then he bought some used TSL's and got a 4.5in lift, and 2in spacer and shackles. And built a custom front bumper. And bam for under 2k he has a badass wheeling rig that you arent afraid to beat up on the trail here are some pics. The night we picked it up And 1200 bucks later
  5. Doesnt the front have a slip yoke? Dont have the pathy around to look at it.
  6. So are you talking about the front and rear driveshafts.........aka propeller shaft? Im just confused on that part.
  7. Propelller Shaft? What is it a Boat? HAHAHA jkjk...but i have no clue what it is.
  8. I usually just take off my front wheel and tire and throw the bike in the back, it fits for me
  9. When yall get into all this detail about play and torque and all that jazz, kinda makes me hesitant about replacing my CV
  10. Why would you spend that much money for something thats ugly IMO. May as well get a set of blacked out headlights on ebay. And they look better IMO
  11. Boston how did loosing the plastic lining contribute to you totaling the first engine? When I get my 33's maybe 34's I plan on just heating up the plastic with a torch and bending it back.....hopefully not catching my engine on fire whilst doing so :O
  12. I think it would be best not to tell you...for your own safety...im sure ty and boston and many others on this site would agree with me on that But its all custom..sorry
  13. Well basically what a SFD is, is a additional 4in of lift through the use of 4in strut spacers up front, 4in subframe blocks, engine blocks and 4in rear coil spacers. Afew of us on this board have ordered some from a member but havent yet gotten the whole kit. But with this kit you get 6in lift and can fit up to 35's here are some pics
  14. Yay now you can run into trees and stuff on the trail----I have to drive around them, you can just drive over them, and beat em to bits with that front armor...good job cinnamon strusel
  15. Yeah I just joined PCOA the other day and I was surfing around lookin at past topics and I pulled this up. They look like really comprehensive plans very well laid out. So I figured why not bring em over here and share with yall. I most likely wont be doing a bumper like that, as it does really kill departure angle
  16. I found this surfing around on PCOA the other day, its free plans for a tire carrier http://r50projects4free.googlepages.com/home
  17. Thats aweome, Since I need both a Tire Carrier and a Rear hitch, this does both jobs...now we only need to get some to the States
  18. Well dang, I got all excited when I saw the topic, tehn I get in heres and ders nothin goin on :(
  19. Well the site claims a extra 10hp at the wheels And it would be a safer way to get some extra power with out risking the more vulnerable air intake IMO
  20. OMFG!!!!11 I hope that this is true. I would love to have one of those, but why does it say for 02-04. I have the VQ in my 01. It should work with that also. No?
  21. Just like the Strut spacers, your going to have to make em yourself
  22. You need the engine blocks and the sub frame blocks also.
  23. Id be intersted if I had the money, but pics please
